一、教技巧, 多变换

新课改要求学生是主演, 老师是导演和配角。学生小组合作学习必须得到教师的指导。教师应当教给学生合作的技巧, 如怎样组织, 怎样倾听, 怎样发言, 怎样质疑等。我们给每个小组一个名称, 如“拼搏组”、“奋进组”、“辩论组”等。每个小组有自己的口号, 如“我参与, 我快乐”、“爱拼才会赢”、“Trust yourself.you can do i t”、“Beli eve i n our selves, we can do i t”等。小组合作可以自由组合, 也可以是前后桌四人组合, 还可以按程度、性别组合等。但各种组合方式应当交替使用, 使学生能不带情绪地随机组合。

二、抓时机, 精设计
