b.Urges that countries nearby provide refugee shelters and clean waters;
c.Promotes the cooperation with NGO, especially the Red Cross, which shall not be interrupted;d.Provide food and medical assistance, procedures the work of settling down andrebuild;e.Prevents anyform ofconflict between local residents and refugees, especiallyreligious issues;
f.Underscores the importance ofpsychological health of refugees;
g.Guarantees all the polity privilege in UN.3.Discusses the problem globally:
a.Establishes an emergency system;
