通过多年的教育和学习，我发觉自己的发展很难再进步，理论学习没有具体的目标，教学水平也停滞不前，对个人发展方向一片迷茫，只知道善待学生，努力工作。怎样把所学的理论知识运用到实际教学中去?这是我急需解决的问题。在研修过程中，就我的这些困惑我会找机会向专家请教。并努力向培训的教授提出心中的疑问和困惑，寻求专家帮助解决。积极参与研修班的各项研讨活动，努力向各位学员学习，各位学员都是各个地区的一线教师，他们都具有丰富的教学理论和教学经验，拿出自己的问题请教各位学员，或与各位学员共同探讨。
