青年教师“爱岗敬业”演讲比赛内容要求及评分细则
演讲要求:
1、内容要求:围绕“爱岗敬业”主题,写真事说真话抒真情,内容实在,风格朴素,于细微处见真情。在师德师风建设方面具有深化认识,启迪思维,感化教育,提供借鉴等作用和意义。
2、时间要求:5—8分钟
3、演讲要求:一律要求脱稿演讲。主题突出,仪态大方。普通话标准、语言流畅,精神面貌好。
评分标准:
1、演讲内容(5分)
内容真实,观点正确、鲜明,说服力强,具有感染力。
2、演讲技巧(3分)
语言表达:普通话标准,吐字清楚,轻重缓急,抑扬顿挫。态势神情:姿态、动作、手势、表情、眼神的表达
仪表形象:服饰大方、自然、得体,举止从容、端正,精神饱满。
3、演讲效果(2分)
演讲精彩,具有较强的鼓舞性、激励性、感召力。能充分调动听众情绪,产生较强情感共鸣。
4、演讲时间低于5分钟,或者超出规定时间者,在总分上扣除1分。
5、未能按要求脱稿演讲者,在总分上扣除1分。
2.演讲比赛规则 评分细则 篇二
1、各参赛选手于6月21日在学教办抽签,按照抽签顺序上场进行演讲。
2、各参赛选手。脱稿演讲,时间在5-8分钟。演讲计时从主持人宣布“请某选手开始演讲”后开始,用时满时,计时员举牌示意。
3、主持人宣布某选手演讲结束,请参赛选手退场,评委开始打分。为确保打分的公正公平性,前三位选手演讲完毕后,评委依次进行打分,以确定整场比赛的评分基准;第四位选手演讲完毕后,主持人现场报1-4名选手得分情况,以后的每位选手演讲完毕后,评委现场打分。五位评委的平均得分为选手最后得分。
评分细则
评委依据以下标准打分(10分制):
1、演讲内容(4分)
紧扣政法干警核心价值观主题,结合自身工作实际,内容充实,言之有物,观点鲜明,思想积极向上,体现对
党的无比忠诚。
2、语言及表达(3分)
立意新颖,层次清晰,文字优美,逻辑性强。普通话标准,脱稿演讲,吐字清晰,表达流畅,生动,语速适中,抑扬顿挫,声情并茂,具有较强的感染力。
3、仪表风范(2分)
着装规范,仪表端庄,精神饱满,神态沉着。表情自然,举止大方得体。

一、歌曲表现力(满分3分):

二、音乐节奏(满分3分):
1、演唱整齐,能很好的与指挥融为一体;

指挥仪表端庄,精神面貌良好,指挥动作协调,拍子正确,强弱拍明显。

一、操作机器数量(20分)
能正常操作3台机器正常生产得20分,;能正常操作2台机器正常生产得10分;能正常操作1台机器正常生产得0分。正常开机判定标准为生产2100克成品以上的机器。
二、产品抽检合格率(30 分)
产品抽检合格率得分={(300—抽检不合格品包数)÷300)×100—90}×3 注:
(1)产品抽检数量统一为随机抽样300包。
(2)不合格品范围包括:灌量不足、超重、无易撕口、渗漏、切口斜度相差1毫米以上、掉钢字、印字不清楚、黑边超过1毫米以上的任何一项均为不合格品。
(3)产品抽检合格率要求90%以上,超过90%每1个百分点得3分
(4)不达到90%直接得0分。
三、材料利用率(20分)
