关于07级学生结构力学补考申请的报告

尊敬的教务处领导：

我院现有2007级张阁等15位毕业班同学结构力学未能通过，不能顺利毕业，其具体情况如下：

（1）结构力学培养方案的变更

2007级培养方案中，结构力学为结构力学Ⅰ与结构力学Ⅱ两门课程，2008级培养方案更改为结构力学一门课程。学生在系统中参加2010-2011-1期末补考补考报名成功且缴纳了补考费，但教务系统默认只能安排本学期所开课程的考试（即课程名称完全一致），故造成了该15位同学虽报名成功但未能参加考试，比其他课程少了一次补考机会。

（2）学生新系统的理解不透。

由于培养方案的变更，未能参加上学期的补考，该15为同学以为不需要重新补考报名，只需要凭借之前的准考证就能参加本学期期初毕业清考，故因准考证无效又未能参加本次清考。

（3）院教务办老师未能尽到详细告知的责任。

由于教务系统的更换导致报名程序的调整，本院教务办老师只尽到基本告知的责任，对于特殊情况并没有予以强调，对学生产生的误解负有一定责任。

因为结构力学课程未能通过，本院的15位同学不能顺利毕业，他们之中大多数都已签订工作，如果不能按时拿到双证就意味着将失去工作，并且还牵涉到违约问题，鉴于以上原因，请求教务处在本学期末安排一次结构力学的补考机会。
