钱，古已有之。恶之者鄙为“铜臭”，好之者昵称“孔兄”。但纵视千古，横观全球，对钱总是毁多誉少。偶有誉者，则会招来讨伐声四起。钱本无过，且于人类有大功，何遭此遇?特作小论，为钱正名。

钱，政治经济学中称为“货币”，又称“一般等价物”。它的出现，实在帮了人类一个大忙。钱没有出现时，农民要买布，就得背着谷子去换。如果卖布的人不需要谷，却需要羊，那么农民又得去找卖羊人。卖羊的人如果需要刀，农民还得去找卖刀的人。卖刀的人如果正好需要谷，农民就可以用谷换刀，用刀换羊，用羊换布，几经周折换到自己需要的东西。如果卖刀的人不需要谷，那可怜的农民还得继续背着谷子奔波下去呢!

有了钱，一切都好办了。农民只要卖谷换钱，用钱买布，两次交易就能买到自己需要的东西。钱的出现，为人类节约了大量的时间和精力，使人类能更好地发展生产。钱之于人类，功莫大焉!

钱不仅是商品交换的媒介，还是国家经济宏观调控的杠杆之一。适量多发行纸币，能刺激消费，繁荣市场，促进生产;适度紧缩银根，回收纸币，又能抑制通货膨胀。钱之于国，功莫大焉!

钱，鄙之者认为它可以使人道德败坏，可以拆散家庭甚至可以使国破家亡。古罗马不就是在物欲横流中毁灭吗?被黄金的锁链锁人铁窗者，更是不胜枚举。人们遂以此讨伐钱，并且说：钱之罪也!

冤枉啊!钱只是一种工具，它为祸，那是被人用错了地方，钱本身有什么错?面对以色列一次又一次的爆炸事件，我们能否定诺贝尔发明炸药的功绩吗?“坳哭六军俱搞素，冲冠一怒为红颜。”陈圆圆又有什么错?错的是李自成不该纵容部将掳人爱姬，错的是吴三桂不该为私仇抛弃了民族大义。既然我们肯定诺贝尔的功绩，既然我们不责怪陈圆圆，那我们为什么独要责备钱呢?

人心思富，理所应当。只要取之合法，用之得当，钱又怎能使人道德败坏?管仲位居人臣，富于列国之君，以此名列《史记》;刘墉骗了20箱黄金去贩济灾民，更是人心大快。道德是否败坏，在人本身，妄责金钱，不免有推诱罪责之嫌。

但笔者认为，一节课，短短的45分钟，可以让全体学生成为课堂这个舞台的主体成员，但不可能让所有的学生成为主角。由于学生间的差异，一些思维敏捷的学生可能会争取到更多的机会，使课堂真正成为他们的舞台，展示着他们的风采;但另外一些学生却有可能只是衬托“红花”的绿叶。为了弥补这种课堂上的不足，我认为，在新课程提倡的新型课堂上，不妨每次让出三分钟，通过演讲的形式，给每一个学生一个成为主角的机会，会有意想不到的收获。

虽然学生是主角，但教师是整个活动的主导，关系着预设目标能否实现。那么，如何设计好这课堂三分钟演讲，使其真正成为学生展示自己的舞台呢?对此，笔者认为教师是关键。让出三分钟，并不意味着教师“置身事外”，相反，教师要在活动的不同阶段，担任不同的角色，这样才能确保课堂三分钟演讲的成功，其中最重要的是，在演讲前教师要做一个“好设计师”，使活动有声有色地开展起来。

教师要成为一个“设计师”，也就是要对每一次的演讲活动进行精心的设计，确保为学生搭建一个适当的平台。为此，教师必须要做到两个“多样化”：形式多样化，内容多样化。

形式多样化

在教学中无论进行什么活动，形式的单一总会扼杀学生的兴趣，课堂三分钟演讲也不例外。另外，学生的能力总是从无到有，由弱变强，因此课堂三分钟演讲应按照循序渐进的原则，随学生能力的发展而逐渐增加难度、变换形式。这些设计形式可分为以下四个层次：

（一）朗读层次

这种形式是最简单的，适用于有一定语文基础的学生，要求学生在三分钟内，把自己选择的文章用适当的语气表达出来即可。准备的时候，学生需要查阅字典，弄懂文中生字难词，以确保朗读的流畅;除此之外，还要通过课前反复朗读，体会作者情感，尽可能以最恰当的语气表达出来。这一层次不需要学生记忆文章的内容，只要“照本宣科”就行了，所以难度系数不大。

（二）脱稿朗诵层次

在这一阶段，学生必须在上一层次的基础上加入对文章记忆这一环节，要求学生课前对所选文章在反复朗读的基础上，熟读成诵，并在课上将之表达出来，这又加入了对学生记忆能力和随机应变能力的训练，学生如果在讲的过程中由于紧张、怯场、准备不充分等原因会出现暂时遗忘的现象，这就要求学生能随机应变，用自己的语言组织文章的内容以确保演讲的流畅，所以难度大了。

（三）自我创作层次

这一层次对学生的写作能力提出了很高要求。学生不能简单地挑选一些文章来背诵展示了，而是需要按照要求创作出一篇文章，加工润色，确保能充分展示自己的观点和文采，并能被听众认可和接受。

（四）即兴演讲层次

这是课堂三分钟的最高层次，是对学生能力的巨大挑战。在这一层次，学生事先没有任何准备，完全依赖于平时的功底和临场的发挥。演讲的学生从教师准备的题目中任意抽取一个，稍做构思，组织自己的演讲语言，有条不紊地表达出自己的观点。难度非常大，但发挥的空间也比前三个层次宽广许多，最能够体现学生的综合能力。

总之，三分钟演讲的形式应该多样化，并且遵循学生能力的发展规律逐步提高难度，使学生在不断的挑战中战胜胆怯，树立自信，提高口头表达能力。

内容多样化

三分钟演讲既可以是独立于课堂教学之外的三分钟，也可以包含于课堂教学之内。但无论采用哪种方式，都必须围绕着教学目标和教学内容展开。根据笔者的实践和探索，课堂三分钟演讲的内容大致可分为三类：

（一）专项知识的积累

比如成语积累、诗歌积累、名言警句积累、文学常识积累等等，在这些专题中，教师可以布置每个学生搜集和选择相应的知识点，做出简单的归纳和介绍，并以演讲的形式进行交流，以达到全班共同学习的目的。例如，在进行成语专题的时候，教师可动员每个学生通过字典、书籍和网络等途径，找出一些饶有趣味的成语故事，从音、形、义三个方面弄懂成语，轮到学生演讲时，由他做小老师，带领大家一起学习，这样不仅使学生的能力得到锻炼，全班同学也能学到成语典故，扩大自己的知识储备。

（二）课内知识的拓展

这一类演讲，可以由教师根据教学内容灵活设计演讲主题，使每节课的三分钟演讲成为教师巧妙的“导语”，自然地与本节课所学内容相互衔接，直接为教学活动的开展服务。如在学习苏教版七年级(上)的第四单元时，教师可让学生围绕主题词“多彩四季”，收集一些名人大家描写四季之景的诗歌、散文或自己创作的作品进行演讲，与课文进行比较阅读，进行拓展延伸，从而丰富教学内容，更好地实现教学目标。

（三）热点问题关注

语文的学习不仅仅局限于课堂和书本，生活中处处都能进行语文学习。对社会热点问题的关注与探讨，可以使学生避免成为“两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书”的书呆子，真正成为“国事、家事、天下事，事事关心”的具有时代感的接班人。教师可以组织学生自主阅读报刊杂志上的热点问题，让课堂三分钟成为学生交流和思辩的场所，使学生们的生活视野不再局限于学校，而是走出课堂，走进生活。

单靠几本教科书，几篇优秀选文，几个问题的设计，几道练习的作答很难提升学生的语文素养。提升学生的口语表达能力，我们是从“课堂三分钟演讲”着手，探索提升有效途径。语文课堂“三分钟演讲”是一种比较主观性的教学活动，如何顺利、有序、高效地开展并非朝夕可就之功，教师要宏观统筹，根据学生成长特点和教学进度，整体规划，由浅入难，由简到繁，分阶段制订计划，进行科学合理的训练，渐进式地培养学生的口语表达能力。

一、对学生进行首轮的适应性“三分钟演讲”训练

1.教师要提前两星期布置“三分钟演讲”的任务，并明确演讲顺序按学号从中间往两头进行。

这样安排便于学生及早准备演讲内容并能掌握自己的出场时间，同时避免了乏味单调。学号的排列大多是先女生后男生，顺序从中间开始往两头，恰能使男女生错开。同时，好中差也基本分散。即使偶有几个水平较差的学生连续演讲，用一位学生的话来说也算是一种调节，让同学们看到了不足，为下一轮精彩的演讲铺垫蓄势。

2.严格控制演讲时间。既然是“三分钟演讲”，那么时间就是三分钟，就要对学生的演讲时间作严格的控制，时间一到，就得停止演讲，而时间没到，就得站在台上直到三分钟结束。这样做的理由是担心用时过多则会影响正常的教学进度，当然最为重要的是可以让学生认真准备讲稿，构思演讲思路，不然就有可能出现敷衍了事的情况。

二、在适应性“三分钟演讲”的基础上推进第二轮的互评式“三分钟演讲”

推进第二轮的互评式“三分钟演讲”，教师可以在首轮适应性的“三分钟演讲”基础上增加以下操作方法：

1.向学校图书馆借阅有关演讲技巧的书籍和杂志，把它放在班级的公共书柜里，供学生阅读和提升。

2.学生上台可带稿，但不可读稿，学生演讲后把演讲稿张贴在教室指定的位置，供其他学生交流，让该学生认识自己的不足，也促使下面的学生认真准备讲稿。同时，让课代表每天及时统计并张贴各小组对当天演讲学生的项目评分，让学生了解哪些项目是高分，哪些项目是低分，与前面的学生有没有差距，从而了解自己的优点和不足。

3.教师全程拍摄演讲视频，然后作为临时文件放置在班级群空间，让演讲的学生下载观看，了解自己演讲过程中的语音和动作，同时也让其他同学下载观看，指出演讲者需要改进的方面。

三、提升演讲质量

教师要趁热打铁，在互评式“三分钟演讲”训练的基础上，进一步提升“三分钟演讲”层次，进行第三轮的展示性“演讲”，教师可以作以下尝试，而且笔者也作了尝试：

1.自由式“三分钟演讲”。教师首先要改变演讲顺序，按学习小组轮流并由组长负责点将。每组每天指定一位组员演讲，一天两组，依次轮换，学习小组组长要组织讨论演讲内容，督审演讲质量，商定具体演讲人选，每人机会均等，可分工协作，也可独立完成；其次要取消演讲时间的强制性，延長时间不能超过5分钟，以免冲击课堂教学，这样便于学生掌握自己的出场时间，拥有更多的主动性，充分发挥自己的聪明才智；最后取消学生的项目评分措施，由视频拍摄取而代之，学生每周末都可以到学校下载空间下载视频文件，同时教师择优选取学生的演讲作品，以供同学们欣赏评价，以示鼓励。

2.主题式“三分钟演讲”比赛。教师事先布置演讲题目，以学习小组为单位，每小组推荐两位选手，也可向别的小组租借选手参加比赛，然后每组推荐一名非选手评委，组成评委团，按比赛规则，评选出若干名优秀选手，演讲过程全程摄像，将优秀选手的演讲视频上传至优酷网，以资鼓励。

3.开设“5+1”讲坛。所谓“5+1”就是5人学习小组共同确定一个主题，共同搜寻资料，然后推荐1位组员上台演讲，演讲时可利用多媒体课件，也可携带相关资料，演讲时间为40分钟，讲坛过程全程摄像，演讲顺序按小组抽签决定，每周由轮到的小组开设讲坛。实验证明，由于前期演讲能力的锻炼，“5+1”讲坛可以非常好地展现学生个性化的演讲能力，例如笔者一学生的《执子之手，与子偕老》（请点击http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMjY2Mjc1ODA0.html）讲坛式演讲就是很好的例证。在本轮的提升实施阶段，主要在原有的适应性、互评式“三分钟演讲”的基础上，进一步拓展演讲技巧和阅读视野。活动的评价主要以老师的评价和视频展示为关键，通过鼓励来增强学生的自信心和内驱力，使学生能够以更大的热情投入到以提升语文整体素养为目的的演讲活动中来。

综上，递进式提升学生口语表达能力可以归纳出这样一个递进式步骤：适应性“三分钟演讲”→互评式“三分钟演讲”→展示式“演讲”。笔者也对实验学生进行了纵向分析，分析显示，学生的口语表达能力有了显著进步。当然，“三分钟演讲”必须以规范为基础，而且需要构建合理的评价机制。这样才能扎实有效地从语文课堂“三分钟演讲”开始，递进式提升学生口语表达能力。

Thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold night.Today my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.With so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life.In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice.There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.谢谢你选择在这样一个寒冷night.Today我的主题是关于选择和process.A 73年研究表明,一个人必须选择一个模式,所以很多选择一天,人们容易困惑和害怕作出错误的选择,他们犹豫,最后错过了真正的生活的一部分。在我看来,下面的部分,比选择更重要。没有绝对正确或错误的选择但精彩或枯燥的生活,这一过程的区别。Life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will get.Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process.The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles.Take myself as an example, I changed my major when I became a postgraduate.After the choice,days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all.For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before.However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted.I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life.Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover, I learned to act instead of complaining.In retrospect,the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.生活是一盒巧克力,你永远不知道你会得到什么。阿甘为自己做出任何决定,但他用坚强的意志完成了巨大的成功。这一过程不是道路本身,而是所持的态度和情感,谨慎,勇气和暂留我们当我们遇到新的经历和意想不到的障碍。以我自己为例,我改变了我的专业当我成为一个研究生。选择后,天已经严厉的我无法理解新课程。他们是密切相关的数学,我学到了之前。然而wuth认为这对我来说是伟大的机会去体验新的想法和挑战我自己,我依然存在。我要求帮助从每个渠道并逐步reorgonized我的生活。我能理解一些地区甚至发现数学interesting.Moreover,我学会了行动,而不是抱怨。回想起来,选择没有留下任何痕迹在我的脑海里,但过去4个月的幸福和痛苦成为一次难忘的经历在我的生命中。
