1.教材分析:

《北师大版高中英语选修模块8》教材的语言教学理念:知识用英语行动,强调“语言应用”,培养创新、实践能力。教材内容贴近生活,易于学生理解和掌握。单元内容丰富多彩,有利于高二学生情感态度与价值观的培养。

本单元的主题是社会,涉及到的内容有和谐的社区。这个话题的学习让学生从不同的侧面了解不同的生活方式并体会到人与人之间在社会交往中要相互体谅并尊重他人的生活,并且还要懂得不可以打扰他人的平静生活,做个守法爱和谐的好公民。本节内容是本单元的第一节,代表高中课程的模式,同时起到过渡的作用,内容贴近生活,简单有趣,能轻易激发学生的学习兴趣。

2.学情分析:

(1)主谓之间、谓宾之间、谓语中心语和介宾短语之间要停顿。

(2)句首发语词后要停顿。如“至于”“夫”“若夫”“盖”“且”等。(3)句首关联词语、承前的指示代词后要停顿。如“若”“而”“然则”“故”“是故”等。

(4)句首状语后要停顿。

(5)古代是两个单音词,而现代汉语中是一个复音词的,要分开读。

(6)表转折意思的句子中,按照“而前则前”的原则划分朗读节奏。如“人不知/而不愠”。

(7)有省略成分或倒装的地方要停顿。(8)“也”“乎”等语气助词后要停顿。

(9)古人的姓、名、封号、谥号、谦称、自称、别称、尊称、官名、文体名等的后面要停顿。

上述只是停顿的基本规律,不应生搬硬套,而应结合具体的语境正确地理解句意后灵活运用。
