So do I, I always wonder what my life would be if I had a brother.Unfortunately, I can’t realize my dream.But nowadays, China abandons one-child policy.Under new policy, couples will be allow to have up to two children.Under the pressure of overpopulation, Chinese government implemented the family planning policy as measure to control population.It original intentions are to improve the standard of the life, reduce the consumption of the resource, and relief the pressure on environment.However, it causes some inevitable problems.First, this policy induce the reduction of labor force.The family structure becomes 4 2 1.A couple must raise 4 old people and a child.It is very easy for us to find that the working population declines.And our assumption is confirmed by the sociologist.Since 2010, the demand of worker exceeded the supply.As everyone knows, China has amazing speed of economic growth.It should thanks to demographic bonus.Without demographic bonus China will no longer be the world factory, Chinese economic will face a challenge.Secondly, family face much more challenges.One the one hand, child undertakes all the hope from parents.Because they will have more responsibility for the parents, they have to get success.Only in this way can they make the parent have good life.On the other hand, parents will be heart-broken if their child dies accidentally.I can’t imagine how sad it is.As China daily reports, there are at least one million families losing their only child.This has already become a social problem.Thanks for god.

什么是责任？什么是服务? 什么是以人为本? 对责任的理解通常可以分为两个意义。一是指分内应做的事，如职责、尽责任、岗位责任等。二是指没有做好自己工作，而应承担的不利后果或强制性义务。

如何做到负责，如何让自己富有责任感。

树立对自己行为负责的态度，培养对自己、对他人、对社会的责任感，增强责任意识，努力做一个负责人的公民。

培养判断和控制力，能够预见自己的行为可能带来的后果，努力避免不良行为带来的消极后果。

学会在尊重他人权利的同时，自觉履行自己的义务。

懂得做一个对自己行为负责的人，应对自己的行为后果做出正确的判断，并做到我做事我负责。

服务是指为他人做事，并使他人从中受益的一种有偿或无偿的活动。不以实物形式而提供活劳动的形式满足他人某种特殊需要。

一直以来，我都在思考一个问题：应该以一种怎样的服务态度和精神面貌来进行服务呢？

通过长时间的积累和学习，我对服务有了进一步的感知：提高自身的服务意识是最基本的，我不断提醒自己，用“关心、诚心、爱心”去看、去听、去观察。在工作中，真诚并自信的面对每一个人，在第一时间提供他们所需要的服务；学会经常换位思考，多为别人着想，用心去服务，使与其他人相处的气氛更加和谐愉悦，真正服务到所有人的心里。

服务工作，一切取决于态度；向别人付出真心和真情，别人同样也会回报于你。只要用真诚的心，就会得到快乐和幸福；只要你懂得去发现，人生就会得到幸福和快乐！这样的服务就会有滋有味有乐趣，工作也将会是充满幸福和快乐的事情。

什么是以人为本呢，长期实践我多次思考了这个问题。

它是一种对人在社会历史发展中的主体作用与地位的肯定，强调人在社会历史中的主体作用与目的的地位；它是一种价值取向，强调准众人、解放人、依靠人和为了人；它是一种思维方式，就是在分析和决定一切问题时，既要坚持历史的尺度，也要坚持人的尺度。

It is my honor to share my viewpoint on what is my top concern with all of you.When asked about “what is your top concern”.Some people hold a view that their top concern is money.The other people pay more attention to something, such as their jobs, their time, their life and so on.However, health is my top concern.Right here, I would like to illustrate the reasons behind my thought.Nowadays, there is a common fact that people often prefers wealth to health.They regard money as everything.Since I knew one of my classmates who has cancer is dying in hospital.I have realized that health is far more important than everything.No matter wherever you are, no matter whoever you are.You could do nothing without health.Therefore, health is the foundation of life is my fist reason.Health is courage to be the second reason.As we all know, healthy people are away full of confidence, full of vitality.On the contrary, poor health tends to deprive us of our interest in everything around us.In other words, not only can health give us a strong body, but it also give us power.Eventually, health is

equals to chance.That is health can offer you more opportunity to do what you want without limitation.Currently, there are many jobs are required to have good quality.Only in good condition can we lead a happy life and achieve what we hope for in our careers.As the old saying goes “the first wealth is health”.It is true.If a person who is poor in health, how can he make a living? How can he be succeed? How can he enjoy his life?
