2011 saw the start of China’s implementation of the 12th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development.We’ve experienced a complicated and ever-changing international situation along with the daunting tasks of domestic reform, maintaining development and stability.The Chinese people have been united in one hear and one mind, to forge
