一、自我调节式学习研究概述

国外自我调节学习理论流派众多, 有以Bandura为代表的社会认知论, Kuhl和corno为代表的意志论等七种。尽管自我调节学习的理论各有不同, 但它们都认为自我调节学习中的学习者是从元认知、动机和行为上积极参与自己学习过程的。

本研究旨在通过元认知策略教学对不同班级学生 (实验班和对照班) , 英语自我调节学习能力的影响, 来探讨有效地提学生英语自我调节学习能力。

二、元认知策略教学有效促进英语自我调节学习的实证研究

1. 研究对象与方法

研究对象:本研究所选对象为本校非英语专业二年级108名学生, 他们分别来自两个自然班, 其中一个班设定为实验班, 另外一个班为对照班。

研究方法:元认知策略教学是否能促进学生的自我调节能力发展。

2. 实证数据分析

(1) 前测数据分析

实验前, 两个班所有的学生需要完成一次问卷调查和一次语言水平测试, 为了对两个班进行初步比较, 我们进行了以下的数据统计:

表1显示, 前测中, 实验班和对照班在元认知策略使用上的均数分别为104.4808和103.9286;实验班和对照班在自我调节学习能力上的均数分别为210.4038和202.3393;实验班和对照班的语言水平测试的均数分别为58.6731和57.5893。为了证明实验是有效的, 实验班和对照班在的结果上必须无显著性差异, 以下为两个班的独立样本t检验结果 (表2) 。

根据表2的数据显示, 试验班和对照班的元认知策略的使用、自我调节学习能力和语言水平上均无显著性差异, 远远大于0.05的显著性差异水平:在元认知策略使用上, 两个班的显著性差异为.861;在自我调节学习能力上, 两个班的显著性差异为.861;在语言水平上, 两个班的显著性差异为.416。

为了确保元认知策略教学的意义, 证明元认知策略对自我调节学习能力的改善起到积极的效果, 首先应确认元认知策略的使用、自我调节学习能力和语言水平三者之间的关系 (表3) 。

**.相关系数差异水平为0.01 (双侧)

表3的相关数据显示, 实验班元认知策略和自我调节学习能力的相关系数为.743, 元认知策略和语言水平的相关系数为.315, 自我调节学习能力和语言水平的相关系数为.435;对照班元认知策略的使用和自我调节学习能力的相关系数为.852, 元认知策略的使用和语言水平的相关系数为.382, 自我调节学习能力和语言水平的相关系数为.565;全体学生的元认知策略的使用和自我调节学习能力的相关系数为.800, 元认知策略的使用和语言水平的相关系数为.351, 自我调节学习能力和语言水平的相关系数为.502。这些相关系数均达到了0.01的水平, 证明了元认知策略的使用、自我调节学习能力和语言水平三者是呈很高的正相关关系的。

然而, 就和语言水平的关系看来, 自我调节学习能力比元认知策略对语言水平的影响力更加大 (r=.435>r=.315;r=.565>r=.532;r=.502>r=.399) 。

(2) 后测数据分析

根据表4所示, 实验班后测中的自我调节学习能力平均数是220.7308, 语言水平测试平均分是59.6538;对照班后测中的自我调节学习能力平均数是210.8929, 语言水平测试平均分是58.5714。这组均数表明, 实验班后测中的自我调节学习能力较对照班要高, 而两个班后测的英语水平测试成绩几乎一样。

为了进一步证实两个班后测的英语水平测试成绩, 以下为独立样本t检验, 以确认这里的差异是否具有显著性。表5的结果显示, 实验班和对照班在后测中的自我调节学习能力上有统计意义上的显著性差异 (.038<.05) , 而在语言水平测试上无显著性差异 (.386>.05)

(3) 前后测比较

表6中的数据表明, 实验班在自我调节学习能力上, 前后测结果的显著性差异为0.000而对照班在自我调节学习能力上的前后测结果显著性差异为0.012;实验班在语言水平上, 前后测结果的显著性差异为0.031, 而对照班在语言水平上的前后测结果显著性差异为0.041。所有这些显著性差异值都达到了0.05的显著性水平标准。尽管两个班在前后测的差异达到了统计意义上的显著性, 但实验班的差异较之对照班的差异更为明显 (0.000<0.012;0.031<0.041) 。

三、结论及启示

1. 结论

首先, 前测数据说明, 元认知策略和自我调节学习能力是高度相关的;学生的语言学习水平同元认知策略的使用、自我调节学习能力是具有一定的相关性的, 尤其是自我调节学习能力对学生的语言学习水平具有更大的影响力。

其次, 后测中的自我调节学习能力有显著性差异, 而在语言水平测试成绩上没有显著差异。

最后, 经过经过元认知策略教学, 虽然实验班和对照班在自我调节学习能力上都有或多或少的提高, 但是实验班的提高要稍稍胜过对照班;尽管两个班在语言水平上都提高的不多, 但对照班仍旧稍稍逊色于实验班。

2. 几点启示

从中学那种应试教育过度到大学的自由学习氛围, 学生非常需要在思想上和行动上接受指导, 元认知策略对于他们今后的自我调节学习有很大的帮助。

首先, 老师应该意识到他们在培养终生学习者的任务中占据着重要地位, 售人以鱼不如授人以“渔”, 老师们应当将自己看作是学习的促进者、参考者、或说服者, 而不是简单的知识传递者。

其次, 加强自我调节学习的心理干预。一般学生对英语作文比较害怕, 作为教师可以这样进行心理调节。比如, 评卷的老师, 根据开头的句子, 会给文章打个总体分。用“l think”, 可以给2分。“In my eyes, In my view, In my opinion”这是7分水平, 再难一点儿, “as far as……I am concerned”8分, “Based on the paragraph, we can make a conclusion that……”10分。最后这种形式, 文字富于变化, 无形之中是不是也解决了字数凑不够的难题?其实没想象得那么难, 作文如果是20分满分的话, 拿到12分是非常容易的。

再次, 老师应该意识到自己在培养学生元认知策略中的重要性, 除了增加自己的元认知策略的知识外, 应关注元认知策略的研究动态, 以及教育学还有认知理论的发展, 这将对于实际的教学应用起到不小的帮助作用。因此, 元认知策略对于学生从中学到社会的过度, 成为会终身学习的社会人才具有重要促进作用。

摘要:经过元认知策略教学, 虽然实验班和对照班在自我调节学习能力上都有或多或少的提高, 但是实验班的提高要稍稍胜过对照班。如果老师能巧妙的将日常授课和元认知策略的培养结合起来对学生进行指导, 学生的自我调节学习能力将会得到改善。

自我介绍是导游员与旅游团领队、全体游客初次见面时必不可少的一项工作程序,也是导游员推销自我形象和价值的良好时机。游客第一眼看到你,就已获取了你的着装、表情、姿态等信息。但这个“第一印象”还有待于迅速充实、加深,才能作出对你较全面的首次评价。此时游客最感兴趣的信息,是你的素质与能力。这种信息要靠自我介绍来传递。游客对你陌生感的消除,信任感的建立,要靠你的自我介绍来完成。掌握自我介绍语言艺术,要注意以下方面:

1、热诚待客,折射真情。

向游客介绍自己,是为了拉近自己与游客的心理距离,自我介绍的内容对于导游员自己来说是太熟悉了,甚至可以倒背如流。但对游客来说,却是陌生而又急于知道的。因此,以热情的态度把话说清楚,让别人听清楚,不仅能满足游客的直接需求,而且也能折射出一种态度和感情。因为说话清清楚楚,本身也是热情、认真的表现;说话含混不清,给人以态度冷淡、支差应付的感觉,从而平添了疑虑和不信任。话什么时候都该说清楚,初次见面更是如此。

2、是繁是简,先看场合。

自我介绍,或繁或简,应先分清场合再做选择。与旅游团领队接头,自我介绍可以从简,只报出自己的姓名、单位、身份即可。对游客作自我介绍,则可适当详细一些。时机、地点的选择要根据当时的具体情况确定。可以在机场、车站、码头,也可以在前往下蹋饭店途中的旅游车上。可以和欢迎辞分开进行,也可以和欢迎辞合并起来,即将自我介绍并入欢迎辞中。如先在机场致欢迎辞,在前往饭店的车上再自我介绍。

3、把握分寸、恰如其分。

自我介绍不单纯是介绍自己的姓名、单位等基本情况,还涉及一个自我评价的问题。恰如其分的自我评价,是缩短与游客之间距离、迅速赢得游客信任的有效途径。恰如其分就是把握好分寸。具体说,首先要把握自谦的分寸。自谦的方式多用于来自东方的游客,但自谦不宜过分,过分也会给人以“缺乏自信”的感觉。至于对西方的游客,就完全不必用自谦。因为“自我观念”的文化差异会使他们对你产生很大的怀疑和不满:“一个连自己都说自己这不足、那不够,离不开大家帮助的人,怎么能信任他会胜任工作呢?”其次还要把握自信、自得的分寸,为取得游客信任而夸夸其谈,自吹自擂,效果也将适得其反。

1、幽默介绍法

日语导游曲刚在每次接待团队时,几乎在作自我介绍时都是这样讲的:我是中国国际旅行社青岛分社的,我姓曲。曲是弯弯曲曲的曲。虽然姓曲,实际上并不是弯弯曲曲的人,而是一位正直的人)这样一介绍,客人都会开心地笑,就会觉得曲刚是很能与自己打成一片的,因而马上就会对他产生信任感。接着他会继续介绍道:实际上我为什么姓曲呢?我的“曲”是歌曲一曲二曲的“曲”,因为我唱的歌很好听,所以取姓为“曲”。等有空时,我将为大家演唱一曲二曲“时,客人会觉得很幽默,而且在有空闲的时候会提出要求曲刚为他们唱歌,这样又活跃了整个团队的气氛。

导游员石春满曾向一个日本旅游团这样作自我介绍:“我姓石,叫石春满。石,是石头的石,春,是春天的春,满,是满意的满……不是自吹,我拥有一个极好的名字。首先,我的姓名无须改动,便是一个地道的日本名字,即:石·春满。石·春满,森·欧外(日本尽人皆知的近代大作家)发音方式不正好一样吗?其次,也是最重要的,那就是:我的姓名对各位来说更具有祝福之意……我希望各位在大同期间,身体像石头一样结实,心情像春天般愉快,并祝大家住大同旅游后满意而归”。这种无中生有,化无情为有情的自我介绍法,不仅力深了客人对导游的印象,使导游的姓名深深地铭刻在客人的心中,而且还在自我介绍时表达了导游对游客们的美好祝愿,一举两得,何乐而不为呢?还有一种自我介绍的方式——赠送名片。这是一种普遍流行、高雅得体的自我介绍法。在导游活动中,对领队、全陪或人数不多的游客均可使用。递送名片时要用双手,并附带说:“认识您很高兴”、“请多关照”。

三、如何致欢送辞

旅游活动结束,导游员致欢送辞,也是导游工作必不可少的程序之一。不辞而别或草草收场,都会导致功亏一篑的后果。欢迎游客时要热情洋溢,送别游客时,也不能显得冷落,否则会给人留下”虎头蛇尾”的感觉。致欢迎辞,是要给游客留下一个好的第一印象。而致送别辞,则是要给游客留下永久的怀念,美好的记忆。

当我们致欢迎辞时,游客还是些生疏的人。当我们致欢送辞时,他们不少都成了我们的朋友,所以”富有感情”是欢送辞的第一要素。千万别给游客留下”人一走,茶就凉”的感觉。欢送辞里应当小结一下整个旅程,要称颂旅行是成功的、有趣的、值得怀念的。”表示谢意”应是欢送辞第二要素,千万别让人家感到旅行成功只是导游努力的结果。中国旅游业还年轻,导游工作中不尽人意之处在所难免。”欢迎批评”应是欢送辞第三要素。请记住,征求意见、欢迎批评往往给游客留下非常好的印象。这样做表明我们的诚意,表明我们的信心。为使欢送辞给游客留下难忘的印象,它的”文采”水平要高一些,最好能引用些名言、谚语等等。所以用有”文采”的语言,要表达的是一种情感,”愿意再见”的情感,这是欢送辞的另一重要要素。记住,千万别说”GoodBye”,它是”告辞”之意,要说”再见”(Seeyouagain),这话更有中国人好客的情调。表示惜别、感谢合作、征求意见、期待相逢,以上是欢送辞的四要素。当然与欢迎辞相同的地方是,欢送辞也要因时、因地、因客人不同而异。

1、道出依依惜别之情

先请看这段欢送辞:

“各位朋友:天下没有不散的宴席。我们相处了20多天今天就要分别了。20多天时间不算长,各位朋友游览了我国的大江南北、大河上下,观赏了一些名山大川、名胜古迹,对中国有了一个概略的印象。旅途中得到了大家的协助与配合,旅行十分顺利,对此,请接受我由衷的谢意。我有服务不周之处,请多谅解。我们有幸这次相逢,相信将来有缘再次相会。最后祝大家归途上健康愉快,一路顺风!谢谢。”一句“天下没有不散的宴席”,道出了依依惜别之情。听到这样一篇充满深切情意的欢送辞,相信游客定会在感动之余,对已游览过的景致、一起相处的导游员倍感留恋。

2、表达友爱之情

与游客的相处虽只短短几天,但对于一个人缘佳的导游员来说,这已足够培养出友谊之情来,而在欢送辞中表达友爱之情的最佳方式,就是妥善地为游客的返程作好安排,请看这段欢送辞:

除了以上介绍的几种技巧外,在欢送辞中还可以使用能够体现导游语言水平的词汇。如将“时间过得真快啊”改为“光阴似箭”等,这类谚语、成语等的正确运用,均会令客人在分别时对导游产生可亲、可敬之感,从而加深客人与导游的惜别之情。

欢迎客人再次光临本地时,可以用风趣又亲切的话语去讲;为客人就已参观过的景点进行总结及就未去景点作介绍时,应以“突出重点,强调特征”的方法去讲,以便客人们记忆和回国后宣传。让客人代导游员对其亲朋的问候时,可附加一句:“希望各位下次来桂林时,不要一个人独享旅行之乐,请携亲朋好友同来”。
