譬如说，随手关紧水龙头，将淘米、洗菜、洗衣等生活废水用来浇花或冲厕所，多喝白开水，少喝瓶装饮料，随身自备饮水杯，不用一次性纸杯；随手关灯拔插头，少用空调多开窗，使用节能电器，合理使用电视、冰箱、电脑等电器，及时切断电源，低层少用电梯；燃气火关到适中，不要让火超出锅底，锅底与灶头保持20-30毫米，适当运用大小火，多焖少蒸，经常清洗炉具；出行多乘坐公交、骑自行车或步行，每周少开2天车，驾驶低油耗、小排量的汽车，及时更换空气滤清器、保持合适胎压、避免突然变速、及时熄火；纸张双面使用，购物袋替代塑料袋，使用无氟空调、冰箱、无磷洗衣粉，垃圾分类回收，实现变废为宝……
