思考点一:自认为很周全的教学设计为什么不能够按预设的步骤顺利完成?

思考点二:学生为什么没有按照预想的回答“一样”?

思考点三:课堂上应急时“作者强调的是水多”这句救命的稻草是否是最好的解决问题的办法?

经过自我反思和与教研组同仁们共同探讨后我认识到主要问题出在备课这个环节上:

1.在整个备课过程中我总是在想自己怎样讲会更精彩, 更多以教师为中心进行教学设计, 学生成为被我设计的对象, 从我的理解、我课堂教学的需要角度去设计学生的活动, 看似很严谨的教学环节, 其实成了精心设计的“套”, 教学过程中总是想引导学生往自己的“套”里钻, 忽视了学生的认知水平和年龄特征, 这样做显然本末倒置了, 没有把学生真正当成课堂的主体, 限制了学生学习的主动性和思维的拓展。

2.课前在图片的选择上, 选得不精当, 图片中的水呈现灰绿色, 没有生机。学生看了当然会说和自己想的不一样。如果自己在备课的时候多从学生的年龄特征和理解能力的角度想想, 在图片的选择上可能会选择比较明亮一些的;如果不是一幅图, 而是让学生从同是以水为主题的几幅图片中选择认为与诗意最接近的并解释自己这样选的原因, 这样学生的自由空间会更大, 而且在对自己的选择进行解释的过程中提升了诗歌本意的理解。

3. 课后细细推敲自己在课堂

上抓住的那句“作者强调的是水多”的解释, 虽然与诗歌所表达的真实意境吻合, 但并不是给学生最好的解释, 还是在把自己的理解强加给学生。学生之所以说“不一样”, 是因为在他们头脑中存在的是一个风景幽雅的、万物皆绿的图景。这说明他们恰恰没有完全依据诗句加以描绘, 没有抓住诗中的关键字“皆”, 如果自己顺势抓住关键字引导, 一方面能够让学生理解画面中春江水势涨溢的情景, 另一方面能够让学生知道“咬文嚼字”对诗歌学习的重要性, 更能让他们对这一鉴赏方法记忆犹新, 从而达到教学目的。

4. 这一节有近二十几位老师

听课, 学生勇敢说出他们的真实想法, 这体现出学生难能可贵的诚实和求真的精神, 这是让我很感动的一点, 我们教学更应该尊重学生的个性、尊重其主体性, 而不应该抹杀。

在课堂上, 不可能每一个环节都会按照我们预设的情形进行。多多少少会出现一些让我们意想不到的“意外事件”。在我看来, 课堂上的“意外事件”并不一定都是败笔, 只要我们把握时机, 临危不乱, 相信一定能够进行巧妙的转化, 从而为课堂添光加彩, 成为课堂上的亮点。

感谢语可分为直接感谢语和间接感谢语两类, 本文以间接感谢语为着眼点, 在《红楼梦》中, 间接感谢语以独特的方式及灵活的词汇组合占据重要地位。从内部结构来看, 间接感谢语包含醒示语、感谢事实陈述、感谢辅助策略三部分。感谢辅助策略是为了避免对对方的亏欠, 维护双方的面子, 而进行感谢的辅助表达, 起到补充渲染感谢表达的作用。由于间接感谢语不包含专门感谢词, 那么感谢辅助策略就不再是辅助的感谢表达, 转变成感谢表达的中心。如图表1, 我们根据《红楼梦》中的感谢语语料, 将其中的感谢辅助策略概括成如下类型:

(一) 关怀式。关怀式既可以让感激之情充分表现, 又可以拉近双方的距离, 让对方感到你是为他着想的。这种形式在社会不同层级中都有较为广泛的使用。位高者使用时可以体现自己的平易近人, 位低者使用时则能让位高者感到对自己的关心, 有助于与上级的沟通。

(尤二姐) :“亏姐姐照应。为我, 姐姐也不知受了多少闲气……” (第六十九回)

尤二姐感谢平儿素日的照顾, 还关心平儿为自己受了很多气, 平儿从中能感受到尤二姐对自己的关心, 自己平日的受苦受累一切都觉得很值, 在尤二姐说完这句话后, “平儿也不禁滴泪”。

(二) 抱歉式。受惠人通过因自己的受惠而给施惠者带来麻烦表示道歉, 以表示感激之情, 这种表达比直接的感谢表达显得更真诚。它既包含了受惠者欠施惠者人情的信息, 又对施惠者所给的面子表示认可。

刘姥姥道:“不敢多破费了。已经遭扰了几日, 又拿着走, 越发心里不安起来。” (第四十二回)

平儿帮刘姥姥打点东西, 刘姥姥以道歉形式表示感谢。既表达自己打扰多日的抱歉, 又蕴含感激之情。在贾府中, 刘姥姥是一个贫苦的外人, 地位低, 抱歉式的表达既符合自己的身份, 又突出自己的真情实意。

(三) 称赞式。通过赞美表达感激之情, 此形式不仅局限于表达谢意, 更有对对方品质、人格、外貌等方面的认可, 通过这一形式, 感激之情得以最大化, 同时给了对方很大的面子。

马道婆道:“阿弥陀佛, 慈悲大菩萨!” (第二十五回)

贾母允诺一日捐五斤油供奉菩萨, 马道婆称赞贾母是“慈悲大菩萨”, 感激之情不言而喻。而“贾母又叫人来吩咐:‘以后宝玉出门, 拿几串钱交给他的小厮们, 一路舍施给僧道穷苦之人’”, 可以看出贾母在听到马道婆称赞后, 立马做出行动凸显自己“慈悲大菩萨”的美誉, 喜悦之情是显而易见的。

(四) 责怪式。责怪式看似是一种毫无礼貌的形式, 但在一定场合下, 能够间接表达谢意。其中隐含一种因“不好意思接受”而动怒的意思, 效果是极强的, 双方关系越亲密, 则使用频率越高。

(贾母) 因说道:“你也胡闹, 他们出家人, 都是那里来的?何必这样?这断断不收的。” (第二十九回)

张道士送贾母传道的法器, 贾母用“你也胡闹”这种责怪式, 既传达了感谢之意, 又表达了自己的想法:出家人这些东西来之不易, 不应该收。这种责怪式同样极为符合贾母在贾府中高高在上的身份。

(五) 允诺式。允诺式又称回报式, 当别人给予自己恩惠时, 说话人可能觉得不好意思, 面子似乎受到了威胁, 他们则允诺一些事实, 或赠予一些东西作为回报, 表达自己的感激之情, 以挽回自己的面子, 这些回报包含物质和精神两个方面。

(刘姥姥) 说:“……我这一回去没别的报答, 惟有请些高香天天给你们念佛, 保佑你们长命百岁的, 就算我的心了。” (第四十二回)

刘姥姥为表示贾府对其的款待与帮助的感谢, 承诺天天念佛保佑贾府人长命百岁。对于刘姥姥来说物质的回报不在她能力范围之内, 只能以这种非物质形式的回报表达感谢。

(六) 奉承式。当说话人受到恩惠时, 会说一些奉承的好话, 一方面可以使施惠者开心, 有讨好、逢迎之意, 另一方面感激之情得以体现。在很多时候, 这些奉承的话并非出自内心, 仅是为了讨对方开心。

(赵姨妈) 道:“……难为宝姑娘这么年轻的人, 想得这么周到, 真是大户人家的姑娘, 又展样, 又大方, 怎么叫人不敬服呢……” (第六十七回)

宝钗送了贾环些东西, 赵姨娘心中甚是喜欢, 至王夫人房中, 通过奉承宝钗的好表示感谢, 但赵姨娘对宝钗的赞美并非发自内心, 只是想在王夫人面前卖个好, 这种虚情假意的感谢被王夫人一眼识破。

(七) 谢天恩式。在《红楼梦》中, 很多感谢语是出于对上天、皇上、祖宗的感激, 由于感激的对象地位高, 实为尊贵, 因此感谢语较为庄重, 用词也极为谦虚, 这在《红楼梦》中形成了一大特色。

(林四娘) :“你我皆向蒙王恩, 戴天履地, 不能报其万一。” (第七十八回)

(八) 客气式。客气在礼节上表示谦让, 实则是讲场面, 不吐真言。但是, 客气式并非是一种虚情假意, 只要客气适度, 通过客气表示感激, 是一种礼仪和素质的体现。

(贾芸) :“姐姐怎么替我倒起茶来?我到叔叔这里, 又不是客, 让我自己倒罢了。” (第二十六回)

袭人为贾芸倒茶, 贾芸则客气地说“自己倒”表示感激。位高的袭人替位低的贾芸倒茶, 贾芸当然要表示感谢, 于是反说“让我自己倒”, 表现自己的谦恭, 是一个懂礼仪的人。

(九) 安慰式。面对他人的关心、对自己的担心, 安慰式一方面可以在一定程度上减缓对方的担心、焦虑等负面之情, 另一方面可以表达自己的感激之情。

“请老太太宽怀, 只愿儿子们托老太太的福, 过了些时都邀了恩眷。那时兢兢业业地治起家来, 以赎前愆, 奉养老太太到一百岁”。 (第一百七回)

贾家日益败落, 贾母分派自己仅有的财产, 贾政看到此情此景内心极为伤感, 想到贾母内心的痛楚, 便用安慰式表达感谢, 同时是对自己的一种宽慰。

(十) 幸运式。说话人常会通过表达自己的幸运之处表达感激之情。这种表达能让对方感到自己是不可缺少的一部分, 认同感得以体现, 增强感谢的表达效果。

(贾母) :“可见我如今老了, 什么事多糊涂了。亏了有我这凤丫头, 是我个‘给事中’……” (第八十五回)

贾母认为自己老了, 管起贾府的大小事务显得吃力、不灵活, 幸运自己有王熙凤帮忙管事, 既有感谢感谢, 又有对王熙凤的认可, 可见王熙凤在贾母心中的地位之重要。

二、直接感谢语与间接感谢语的配合使用

通过这些语用策略的研究我们可以深层次地挖出说话人隐含的意义, 并得以将一些非表面化的感谢表达挖掘出来。

随着时代的发展, 感谢语并不是一成不变的。在实际运用中, 直接感谢语可以与间接感谢语的各种形式相互配合使用, 间接感谢语自身同样可以进行组合, 形成复杂的间接感谢的形式。

(一) 直接感谢语+间接感谢语。这种形式被称为直接感谢的组合形式, 在这一形式中, 直接感谢语在整个感谢表达中占据中心话语的成分, 而间接感谢语则变为辅助成分。直接感谢语基本可以与所有间接感谢语语用策略进行组合。

直接感谢+奉承式+允诺式:“好侄儿, 你果然能够说成了, 我买两个绝色的丫头谢你”。 (第六十四回)

(二) 间接感谢语的各种组合。安慰式+允诺式:“请老太太放心。若是我的病托着老太太的福好了, 我情愿自己当个粗丫头, 尽心竭力的服侍老太太、太太罢”! (第一百七回)

间接感谢语语用策略组合往往会出现在对方的恩惠大, 或者受惠者极为感动的情况下, 以此加强自己的感激之情。上一例中贾府日益败落, 凤姐病倒, 钱财净失, 在她痛不欲生的时候, 贾母依旧疼爱她, 凤姐内心感激涕零, 用了两种语用策略表达感谢。

如图2, 《红楼梦》中间接感谢语自身有多种组合形式, 有两项、三项组合, 在此不一一列举。这些语用策略都根据实际需要, 恰当进行组合, 达到最佳感谢效果。

可见, 《红楼梦》中间接感谢语的语料是极为丰富的, 它凭借多种语用策略的多变形式, 大大丰富了《红楼梦》这一著作的语言, 读者得以从细腻的语言背后窥探到人物的内心, 从更深角度挖掘这部著作。

摘要：本文采用计算机技术和语言学相结合的方法, 充分运用SPSS软件, 对《红楼梦》中的间接感谢语进行深度分析, 从中归纳出10种不同类型的语用策略。直接感谢语可以与间接感谢语的各种语用策略形式相互配合使用, 间接感谢语自身同样可以进行组合, 形成复杂的间接感谢的表达形式。
