半个学期一转眼过去了,期中考试也早已结束了,看着学生的成绩,让我看到了自己教学中存在的漏洞以及不足,也使我更感到了压力之大!五年级英语在小学英语教学中起着承上启下的作用,既是四年级的衍生,又是六年级的铺垫。我们的学生虽然已有两年的英语学习经验,但还有以下一些问题需要解决。
一、存在的问题
1、学习兴趣不是很高,部分学生甚至有厌恶感,同时,许多学生还是为学习而学习,谈不上兴趣问题;
2、回家不会学习,无正确的学习方法,不知如何看书。学习态度谈不上十分端正,回家以后巩固时间很少,且缺乏有效的巩固手段,练的机会明显不足。
3、部分学生学习的目的性不是很强,导致学习习惯不好,学习无明确的计划,有作业就写,无作业就玩。老师布置的作业不能按时完成,回家看书也只是应付家长,作业不能很好完成。
本次共有 37 人参加考试,及格 31 人,优秀 12人,现将学生答卷情况分析如下:
一、试题的特点
1、注重基础知识的考查
试卷坚持依据于课本,但又避免教材中机械的知识,对于一些学生必须掌握的基础知识作为重点考查的内容,因为这些语言知识的掌握能更好地为今后的学习打下坚实的基础。
2、突出语言的交际功能
英语作为语言,是一种交际的工具。小学英语教学根据小学生的年龄特点和语言学习的规律,试卷突出了学生对句子的理解和交际。
3、渗透了能力考查的要求
学习语言是为了交际。小学英语教学不仅要教给学生一些最基本的语言知识,而且要教给学生运用语言的方法和能力。在试卷的问题设计上,增加了对学生阅读理解能力和活用语言能力的考查。
二、学生答题情况 第1-3大题主要考查学生对重点词汇的掌握和运用。80%的学生能够答题正确。
第4-6大题主要考查学生对重点句型和日常用语的理解和运用。很多学生还不能正确地理解句子的意思,存在猜测句子意思的情况。答题情况并不乐观。
第7大题连词成句,句子不算难,较为简短,但学生平时对句子的认读不够,得分和失分各半。
第8大题是阅读理解,难度适中,但有的学生对内容理解不够透彻,导致丢分。
三、改进措施
1、平时注重学生多读、多练、多写、多背,扎扎实实地抓好基础教学工作。
2、词汇量的掌握是学习英语的关键,加大力度辅助学生记忆单词。
3、关注弱势群体,组成帮扶小组。帮助他们形成良好的学习习惯,增加他们学习的自信心,使他们尽快把成绩搞上来。
4、在日常教学中,还要多给学生一些自我展示的机会,多扩展一些课外知识,让学生了解中西方文化的差异,多样形式激发学生的上课激情,引发他们对英语学习的兴趣。
5、合理选择课外语言材料,进行听说读写的训练,以此达到熟悉词汇,活用词汇,理解语段及至短文的目的,以此反复地给学生增加更多的语言内容,丰富学生的词汇量,增加语言的输入量,提高学生的英语水平。

今年我继续带五年级的英语,这个班的学生基本上我都带了好几年了,学生和老师都已经非常熟悉。经过一年多的努力,我们年级的学生英语已取得很大的进步,虽然有所改善,但基础太差。今年我们仍然不能松懈,要再接再厉,争取更大的进步。五年级的学生已学过两年多的英语,学生的听、说、读、写习惯已基本养成。但由于教材难度越来越大,需要背诵的单词越来越多,学生的学习兴趣难以保持,两极分化较严重。因此,本学期应注重转化后进生,因材施教,分层教学,保持学生的学习兴趣。
二、教材分析 (
一、)教材简况
本套英语教材由陕西旅游出版社出版,是教育部审定的义务教育教科书。根据教育部颁布的《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准(实验稿)》规定的小学毕业应达到二级水平的要求精心编写的。本教材供五年级使用。
本套教材吸取了最先进的外语教学理念和经验,从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,通过体验、实践、参与、合作与交流等学习方式,发展学生的综合语言运用能力,具有较强的科学性。教材围绕最常用、最基本的英语词汇、句型和会话等编写,好教易学,具有较强的活动性和趣味性。
本教材根据小学生的年龄、心理特点和生活实践编写,同时注重激发和培养学生的学习语言的兴趣和信心。有了兴趣和信心,学生们就有了积极进取的学习态度。在本套教材中,提供了大量的生活情景,目的就是同学们可以在听听,做做,说说,玩玩,演演中学习单词,说句子,然后再将所学知识积极地运用到生活中去。通过本教材的学习,一定能为将来的学习打下良好的基础。

(一)复习导入
1.首先复习上节课Let’s sing 部分的内容。教师在黑板上画一个表,跟学生一起看着表面提问:You are a clook. What do you look like?引导学生一起说唱:

I have no legs. I can run and stop.
I can wake Jack up.
2.老师拨动指针让学生练习说时间和问时间。做法是:老师先从整7点开始,然后再依次拨到5分、10分、15分、20分、25分、30分、40分、45分、55分、8点、12点。同时老师让学生按组问答,一组问,其他组答(从左至右或从右至左),依次类推。另外,当拨到7:20时,老师举起一张吃早饭的图片,让大家说:It’s time for breakfast.当拨到7:40时,老师举起一张小学生背书包上学的图片,让大家说:It’s time for school.当拨到8:00时,老师举起一张学生上课的图片,让大家说:It’s time for class.当拨到12:00时,老师举起一张吃午饭的图片,让大家说:It’s time for lunch.
(二)新授
1.在以上练习完成后,老师继续拨动指针到12:00,然后问大家:What time is it?学生回答说:It’s twelve o’clock.老师说:Very good. It’s time to have lunch.并将这个句子写在黑板上,让大家跟读几遍。注意:老师应在have lunch下划线,以便做后面的替换练习。
2.用同样的方法,老师继续拨动指针到9:30,然后问大家:What time is it?学生回答说:It’s nine thirty. 老师说:Very good.It’s night(晚上了)It’s time to go to bed.这时老师做出上床睡觉的样子,然后将go to bed这个词组写在上个句子划线部分的下面并划线,老师让大家跟读几遍。
3.用同样的方法,将钟表拨到早上6:30,老师自己举起双手模仿起床的动作,然后说:It’s time to get up. 并将get up这个词组写在上个句子划线部分的下面,老师带大家读几遍。同样在get up下划线。
4.老师将钟表拨到早上7:00,老师自己模仿吃饭的动作,引导学生说:It’s time for breakfast.老师强调说:It’s time to have breakfast.并板书这些句子,如:
It’s time to have class.
go to bed.
get up.
have breakfast.
5.老师放录音让学生跟读这些句子。
(三)巩固练习
1.老师将上节课的内容写在新句子旁边,请同学们区别比较句子结构:It’s time for 后跟名词,It’s time to后接动词短语,意思基本一样。

It’s time to have class.

2.老师让学学生取出纸和笔,画表盘、起床、睡觉、吃早饭、吃午饭的画面,同时根据这些画面做对话。
