本次期中考试由教研室统一命题，参加这次考试47人，均分47分，最高分92，最低分23分。试卷第1、4题是考查学生的口算能力;第2、3、6题是检查学生对100以内数的认识(数的组成、数的大小比较----)。本试卷重视了基础知识，题型具有童趣性，能激发学生乐于完成试题。

二、存在问题与分析;

1.学习的习惯不好,如:倾听能力弱,自主学习能力不强等.2.学生的计算不过关,本班还有一小部分学生20以内的不进位加法还不能流利熟练的口算，.导致两位数加（减）一位数和整十数的口算速度。

3.学生不会审题.，有少数学生还没有建构一般解决问题的模型，不能将语言叙述的题目转换成图画形式。

三、改进措施:

1.注重良好习惯的培养。

从平时作业看，学生的审题不够认真，抄错数字，看错题目要求，计算粗心马虎等。这些是长期不良习惯养成的后果，应当引起高度重视。

2.注重观察能力的培养。

从本班学生情况来看，学生这方面的能力较薄弱。学生的观察能力不强。因此，在今后的教学中，必须注意加强这方面能力的培养。在教学中，要改革教学内容的呈现形式，出现多种形式的练习题型，如图文题、表格题及综合运用的题型。这些题大多都是把解题条件放在图、表或短文之中，要求学生通过观察或阅读，来解决。以此来培养学生的观察能力.3.加强弱势群体的辅导工作。

从本次测试成绩看，还有大部分学生成绩非常不理想。因此，在日常的教学中，必须重视对这些弱势群体的辅导工作，对这部分学生要有所偏爱，及时给予补缺补漏。因此，要从“人本”的角度出发，做好以下工作：坚持“补心”与补课相结合，与学生多沟通，消除他们的心理障碍；帮助他们形成良好的学习习惯；加强方法指导；严格要求学生，从最基础的知识抓起；根据学生差异，进行分层教学；采取“一帮一”或“二帮一”学生互助方式，努力使每位学生在原有基础上得到最大限度的发展，从而提高教学质量。

五（1）班这次参加考试的学生有63人，最高分是89分，最低分是3分，平均分为41.5，及格率是28.5。成绩不是很理想。下面是本人对这次月考出现的情况做出的分析。

一、本次命题形式

本次命题分为填空，选择，判断，计算，动手实践，解决问题几方面考查学生的双基、思维、问题的解决能力。命题本着密切联系学生生活实际，试题结构科学合理，对基础知识的考核也体现了考虑到学生的思维能力和动手操作能力。

重点突出以下几方面：

1、注重双基的考查：不论是填空、判断、选择，还是计算、画图，解决问题，都立足考查学生基础知识的掌握情况，以及理解和运用的能力。

2、注重学生动手操作能力的考查。

3、注重学生应用数学知识解决生活中实际问题能力的考查。

下面对测试情况做以具体的分析：

（一）、填空部分：问题出现最多的是第（4）、（5）小题，此题是为了考查学生对“灵活运用单位“1”基本知识”解决问题，多数学生对这方面的知识掌握不是很好，“几分之几表示单位1的和几分之几表示具体数量”这个概念对学生来说不是很好理解。（5）小题考查圆的半径和直径的关系，很简单，部分学生不认真、不完成，造成失分。

（二）、判断题部分：出错率较高的是第（4）、小题，属分数的大小之间的关系问题，因此失误较多。

（三）、计算中主要是考查学生的通分知识掌握情况，求异分母分数的加减和简便计算，解方程。计算中多数学生没有把结果化简成最简分数；简便方法多数学生掌握不好，解方程的格式书写存在一定问题，都是失分的关键。

（四）、操作题：学生没有严格运用学习用具作图，不认真读图分析等原因造成失分。使用工具的方法不正确、不熟练。

（五）解决问题部分：学生对比较分数的大小知识的应用能力很差。对反过来推的解决问题的策略运用不好。都是失分的关键。

二、改进思路：

1、教学中注意加强基础知识的巩固和应用。

2、加强学生运用知识解决能力的培养。

3、坚持认真对自己教学中的得与失进行自我反思，分析失败的原因，寻求改进的措施和对策，总结成功的经验，提高课堂教学质量。

一、试卷命题分析

从整体上来看，本次命题基本上能立足课本，重视对学生“四基”的理解和掌握。试卷有六大版块，有填空、选择和判断和计算、操作以及应用。基本上是题量适中，题型多样，考查内容主要圆柱与圆锥、扇形统计图两个方面的内容。基本上注重了学生的计算，应用等方面能力的考查。

二、考试总体情况分析

六年级23人参加了本次考试。总分1826分，平均分79.4，合格的学生有20人，合格率为86.9%，还有3个同学不合格.优良的人数有13人，占全级的56.5%。

三、卷面质量分析

通过对本次卷面的认真分析，我们发现本次考试，学生在基础方面掌握得比较扎实。比如圆柱和圆锥的表面积和体积计算和判断。计算和应用方面掌握得良好，比如脱式计算以及应用题当中圆柱和圆锥的应用方面，大部分同学掌握得比较好。但也在在一些不足：1.学生综合题型的解答能力不够好，比如圆柱圆锥的体积转化。2.学生的计算能力有待提高。很多孩子碰到数字比较大的题目就容易失分。3.学生的学习习惯有待于提高。部分学生做题时书写潦草，不能认真读题、审题、理解题意。也没有养成良好的检验习惯。4。两极分化的现象比较严重。卷面具体失分情况分析如下：

1．填空题第2、6小题失分较多，很多学生在把圆柱表面积转化没理解透彻。2.判断题错误比较多的是第3小题，对于圆柱的侧面展开是正方形时特征掌握不够熟练。3.选择题问题不大。4.计算部分有些学生计算顺序弄错，失分较多尤其是第三个计算.5.操作学生都能做对6.解决问题部分完成得比较好的是第2、3题，其它几题都有不同程度的失分，其中第1题有部分孩子没有找对对应量。第4题由于结果保留整数要使用尽一法，很多学生没有用从而失分。第5题部分孩子算圆锥体积时没有乘三分之一，所以失分也多。

四、今后工作的措施和办法

1．重视培养学生形成良好的心理素质和学习习惯。通过本次月考发现，审题马虎，急于求成，考虑不周，是部分学生解题出现错误的通病。教学中应该注重引导学生学会冷静，全面分析问题，培养学生良好的学习习惯，注重考点背后方法和策略的渗透。2．加强学生做题技巧的指导。

从孩子的这次数学试卷分析看，应该说还算比较认真，这次的成绩与他的真实水平也算接近了。具体分析如下：

首先，孩子对待考试的态度比较端正。主要表现：一是在是卷面书写上与以往试卷相比，认真了。这说明孩子真的很在意这次考试，从心里上重视了。这也是孩子一惯的风格，正规考试较平时考试在书写上更认真一些。二是没有在以往容易丢分的计算上失误。这点很难得。这也是家长最担心的问题。“大风大浪轻松过，小河沟里却翻船”，这点以往常让家长为之恼火，孩子过后后悔。

第二，从孩子错题内容与扣分看，有四大类。一是审题不严谨，没有认真思考。如第1页第一大题第4小题，64分米=米，孩子把分米与米之间的换算按百分计算，扣1分;二是在知识点掌握上，还有漏洞。如第3页第四大题第4题第②小题除法计算，扣3分;三是孩子在数学问题的回答上，步骤与方法还没有完全把握，属于“茶壶煮饺子，有货倒不出”。如第4页第五题第5小题，这属于这类问题，扣1分;四是不会检查。如上述提到的第一类错误，完全可以通过检查避免。

第三，从孩子考试暴露的问题看，对家长也是一个警示，一个提醒。对于升入初中的孩子，家长是应该放手，但放手不等于撒手，尤其是对于新入学的孩子，还要在好的学习习惯、方法上加以引导。对孩子平时的错题还要重视。尤其是老师要求孩子平时做的错题本，更要重视，必须达到每道错题都能按正确的.步骤与方法改正，否则错题本就失去了它的真正作用。家长也必须要帮助孩子好好检查订正的错题。如孩子失分的最后一道题，就是孩子曾错过的类似题，当时以为孩子写到错题本上了，应该没问题，但事实上，孩子订正的并不对。时间长了，竟忘了到底应该如何做。
