（一）自我导向学习

塔富在1986年，第一个提出了自我导向学习的概念，他认为个人在进行或承担学习任务时，应当先把计划制订好，这是学习过程的主要任务。好的计划可以使学习事半功倍。并且他强调个体的学习时间应维持在七小时左右。在塔富后，诺尔斯、戈瑞森、格罗欧等学者也对这一概念作出了一些研究，但其特点主要为：（l）自我导向是一种人格倾向或人格特征，指人在行为中表现出独立和自我的内部心理依据。（2）自我导向学习是一个内部心理构建和外部活动表现相统一的过程。（3）自我导向学习是学习者自主独立完成学习任务但并非与外部孤立的过程。（4）自我导向学习是通过持续、稳定的学习过程不断地积累并最终达到质的飞跃的过程。

（二）自我效能感

自我效能感的理论最早源自于班杜拉的观点，他指出，自我效能感是指人的技能需要达到他们的目标领域特定行为的信念。班杜拉之后，许多学者对这个问题进行了深入的研究，提出了自己的看法。总之，自我效能感是指在学习者对将要进行的任务或活动是否能够达到预期效果的一种能力判定，是自我效能被感知的成果，即是关于自身能力认定的取向。影响自我效能感的主要因素有：（1）学习主体行为经验的成败影响着其对执行任务的信心和能力。（2）与学习主体相似的成败案例将影响其对是否能够出色完成任务的信念或对是否要执行任务产生疑虑。（3）好的建议、意见会使成人学习者产生高自我效能感从而出色地完成任务。

二、教师及成人学习者通过提升自我效能感构建正确自我学习导向的策略

（一）教师培养成人学习者自我效能感的策略

1.帮助学习主体体验成功经验

学者班杜拉以为，自我效能感最终形成的效果与以往的成功或失败的经验有着很大的关系。成功或失败的经验会导致自我效能感的提升或降低。成人学习主体在面对新的学习环境时，大多与上段学习经历时隔已久，会对自己能否顺利进行新的学习产生怀疑，并会回忆起之前失败的学习经历，这些都无疑会使成人学习者产生一定的心理压力。所以，教育者为能达到理想的教学效果，在学习任务开始之前，要计划使用适合学习主体的教学策略。帮助成人学习者在学习初时体验成功的经验，可以使他们增强学习的信心和动力。在教学过程中，教师应使学习主体体验积极的经验，引导他们顺利完成学习任务，使其对自身的学习能力产生信心，使自我效能感增加，保持对学习任务的兴趣。从而培养学习主体积极向上的自我学习导向，使得在学习过程中合理有效地设置学习计划和目标。

2.通过展示榜样和示范使学习主体增加效能感

在教学过程中，教师应及时引用相似的成功经验，并表达对学生的期望，帮助学习者学习和做正面的例子做比较，从而提高自我效能感。但教师在选取榜样及示例时，应注意要与实际相符，尽量选择与学习者经验相似或层次相符的实例，这样可以使学习者更容易接受榜样的成功经验，更方便学习者将榜样成功经验与自身经验进行比较，从而得出正面积极的结论，促进积极的自我学习导向的产生。此外，教师还应该对所教授的内容做出演示，让学习主体清楚地知道其要达到怎样的学习成果，使其自身对这样的效果产生期待感。这样可以有效地激发学习者的学习兴趣，提高学习者学习的意志力。

（二）成人学习者应为自身构造合理的自我导向学习环境

1.拟订学习计划

确定学习计划的完整性和可行性是自我导向学习成功与否的症结所在。学习计划包括学习目标、学习资源、学习策略及方法、评价等。

2.找寻恰当的学习资源

在学习过程中，成人学习主体是否能够找到有助于自身自我导向学习顺利进行的资源将决定着学习任务是否能够顺利进行。其可从人力资源和非人力资源两个方面着手。人力资源包括：亲朋好友、同窗好友、专家学者、老师、同事等；非人力资源则是指书籍报刊、电影电视等。
