辞职信的书写格式及注意事项（附范文）

首先要考虑有没有申请的必要。辞职申请是辞掉工作的一种申请书，申请人一定要事先考虑成熟后再作决定，不可仓促了事，事后后悔不已，造成不必要的烦恼和痛苦。

辞职申请书要将申请的事项和理由写清楚，使对方能透彻了解你的要求和具体情况。辞职申请书语言要准确，文字要朴实。

辞职申请书是个人离开原来的工作岗位时向单位领导或上级组织提请批准的一种申请书。

辞职申请通常有五部分构成。

(一)标题

在申请书第一行正中写上申请书的名称。一般辞职申请书由事由和文种名共同构成，即以“辞职申请书”为标题。标题要醒目，字体稍大。

(二)称呼

要求在标题下一行顶格处写出接受辞职申请的单位组织或领导人的名称或姓名称呼，并在称呼后加冒号。

(三)正文

正文是申请书的主要部分，正文内容一般包括三部分。

首先要提出申请辞职的内容，开门见山让人一看便知。

其次申述提出申请的具体理由。该项内容要求将自己有关辞职的详细情况一一列举出来，但要注意内容的单一性和完整性，条分缕析使人一看便知。

最后要提出自己提出辞职申请的决心和个人的具体要求，希望领导解决的问题等。

(四)结尾

结尾要求写上表示敬意的话。如“此致——敬礼”等。

(五)落款

辞职申请的落款要求写上辞职人的姓名及提出辞职申请的具体日期。

我现以书面形式向您提出即时辞去香港特别行政区财政司司长一职。

正如我曾在另一份报告中向您解释，我在二零零三年一月购买汽车，而给人有利益冲突的感觉一事，已引起广泛的公众关注。我在二零零三年三月五日公布增加汽车首次登记税前购入汽车，虽然我并无任何意图藉此减少税务开支，我亦不应作出该项购买，以避免任何利益冲突的嫌疑。我承认我并未能完全符合《问责制主要官员守则》，尤其是第5.1条有关主要官员须避免令人怀疑他们不诚实、不公正或有利益冲突。我就事件对政府带来负面形象深表歉

意。我愿意为我的过失负上责任，而我相信在现时的情况之下，辞职是我应当采取的行动。

辞职的一般过程：

1，先找你的部门领导谈谈，至少要告知他一声，毕竟是你的主管领导，一般情况主管领导都会说一些面子话，挽留你一下。

2，写好辞职报告，一般需要部门领导签字或者盖章。

3，把辞职报告交到人力主管部门，然后你就可以等了。

整个辞职过程一般需要一个月，这个时间估计是以国企为标准。

至于个人的三金怎么处理，因为我还没办到这一步的手续，等我办完了，再把经验贡献出来。另外，我的情况比较特殊，我的合同在2003年8月31号就到期了，一直也没续签，所以对我来说没有违约金的问题。如果是合同没到期，恐怕还要和人力资源部谈判违约金的问题，我觉得关键是要用感情来打动那些人，让他们同情你，就比较好办。不然只好贿赂或者老老实实的交违约金吧。

（2）项对上级、长者的用语中，要避免使用已过时的，像Your obedient servant（您恭顺的仆人），Your humble servant（您卑贱的仆人）等语。本项各句的翻译方法与（1）项一样，但汉语应改译为“敬上”，“谨上”等。

（3）项为一般私人用语（Personal close）。在写法上欧美人有所不同。欧洲的一些国家习惯上用Yours sincerely, 而美国习惯上用sincerely yours, 或Sincerely。

（4）项为亲密用语（Intimate close）。在此项用语后，欧美人习惯于签上自己的教名。另外，一些有关英文书信的书籍，也有把结束用语分为结语和敬语两个部分的。结语为信正文下附的问候或祝福语，敬语就是我们上面读到的那种谦语。如：
