采购充分了解供应商有以下好处:

2,节省成本。很显然,要是采购量较大,我们直接从厂商拿货会减少中间成本

第二.作为一名采购,各种表单是必不可少的,并且要有条理和清晰。

采购订单、采购表单的管理:

1.每下一张订单,必须注明它的单价,币别,付款方式,税点,环保,以及把需要注意的事项显示在订单上面,避免出错。订单的汇总最好是根据业务部的订单所汇总,每个业务单根据bom表下了哪些订单,然后每个订单的交货状况,已交量与未交量用不同的颜色作标记。每月作月统计报表。
