免费医学生享有“免费上大学,毕业后安排工作”的特有福利。然而,由于没有就业压力,又不能考研,再加上基层各方面的条件不如城市,免费医学生容易缺乏积极主动学习的需求,产生学习倦怠心理[3]。所谓学习倦怠是指学生对学习的兴趣下降或学习动力不足,但又必须学习时会产生厌烦感,使身心陷入极度疲乏的一种消极状态[4,5]。学习倦怠能引发学生的消极情感和消极认知,使学生体验到疲劳、低自尊、焦虑等消极心理,严重危害学生的学习和心理健康。

有关学习倦怠影响因素的研究较多,但影响因素中关于人格因素的研究还比较少。核心自我评价是一种潜在的人格结构,是对自身最基准的评价,可以全面综合地反映一个人的内在心理,在预测学习行为和学习态度中扮演着重要角色。国内已证明核心自我评价对学业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用,高核心自我评价者的学业倦怠水平较低[6,7]。随着积极心理学的兴起,研究者开始关注能对学习倦怠产生积极影响的因素,学习投入就是其中的一种积极心理因素。所谓学习投入是指学生在学习过程中对学习任务的投入程度,体现在学生对学习的积极情感、努力向目标前进的倾向和充满活力的学习行为水平,被认为是学习倦怠的对立面。已有研究表明,对学习投入的干预训练能显著降低学习倦怠水平[8]。

以往研究多以普通学生或免费师范生为被试,进行核心自我评价、学习投入与学习倦怠间的两因素之间的研究,鉴于以上,本研究拟以免费医学生为研究对象,旨在考察核心自我评价、学习投入、学习倦怠三因素间的内在作用机制。本研究能够为降低免费医学生的学习倦怠水平提供理论和实践依据,为提升未来的全科医生的素质提供借鉴意义。

1 对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

采用分层随机抽样法对某医学院校免费医学生施测。共发放问卷600份,回收561份,剔除无效问卷后,最终获得550份有效问卷,有效回收率91.67%。有效被试中男生199人,女生351人;大一133人,大二140人,大三149人,大四128人。

1.2 研究工具

1.2.1 大学生学习倦怠量表

该量表由连榕、杨丽娴编制,共计20个项目,包含3个维度,分别为情绪低落、行为不当、成就感低。采用5点评分法。得分越高,学习倦怠水平越高。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.865,分半信度为0.880[4]。

1.2.2 学习投入量表(UWES-S)中文版

该量表是由Schaufeli编制,方来坛等修订的,共计17个项目。采用7点计分法,得分越高,学习投入水平越高。量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.951,各分量表的内部一致性信度在0.82-0.95之间[8]。

1.2.3 核心自我评价量表(CSES)

由Judge编制、杨晓峰修订,共12个项目,采用5点评分法,得分越高说明核心自我评价水平越高。该量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.84[9]。

1.3 研究程序

对主试进行统一培训后,由主试对被试进行集中施测。主试当场发放问卷,宣读完统一的指导语后,被试独立作答,25分钟后收回问卷。使用SPSS 18.0录入数据并进行统计分析。

2 结果

2.1 学习倦怠、学习投入、核心自我评价现状的描述性统计

免费医学生在学习倦怠及各维度上的平均得分见表1。根据评分标准,免费医学生的学习倦怠每个项目的平均得分为2.89分,接近理论中值3,学习倦怠的整体水平偏高;行为不当维度每个项目平均得分为3.13分,大于理论中值3,表明行为不当程度最严重。

2.2 人口学变量对学习倦怠的影响

对免费医学生学习倦怠进行人口学变量的差异性检验,独立样本的T检验结果显示学习倦怠的性别差异有显著统计学意义(t=2.48,P<0.05),男生学习倦怠得分比女生高;单因素方差分析的结果则显示学习倦怠的年级差异不具有显著统计学意义(F=0.52,P>0.05)。

2.3 核心自我评价、学习倦怠与学习投入的关系

为考察免费医学生核心自我评价、学习倦怠与学习投入间的关系,对三因素进行Pearson相关分析,结果表明,学习投入、核心自我评价均与学习倦怠存在显著负相关(P<0.01),核心自我评价与学习投入呈显著正相关(P<0.01),详见表2。

注:**表示P<0.01。

2.4 学习投入在核心自我评价与学习倦怠间的中介效应

由表2可知,核心自我评价、学习投入、学习倦怠之间两两相关显著,符合中介效应检验的前提。本研究构建三者之间的中介效应模型(图1),按照温忠麟等有关中介检验的方法进行回归分析(Enter)考察学习投入是否实际存在中介作用[10]。回归分析之前,先对所有的变量进行去中心化处理。第一步回归分析的因变量为学习倦怠(y),自变量为核心自我评价(x),第二步的因变量为学习投入(u),自变量为核心自我评价(x),第三步的因变量为学习倦怠(y),自变量分别为核心自我评价(x)、学习投入(u),结果见表3。

结果表明,所有回归系数均具有显著统计学意义,学习投入起部分中介作用,中介效应量为0.106,中介效应占总效应的百分比为23.709%。

3 讨论

结果显示,免费医学生学习倦怠的总体水平较高,这一结果与连榕等对免费师范生的研究结果(2006)相似[11],说明订单制下的学生学习积极性普遍不高。由于学习好坏对就业的影响很小,加上毕业后要去基层就业,与城市化的社会发展趋势不相吻合,因此,他们对免费医学专业的认同较低,没有树立为成为全科医生而积极储备知识的观念,学习目标不明确,学习态度不端正,消极被动,表现出不努力、隐性逃课等不良学习行为。这在一定程度上有悖于国家培养全科医学人才的初衷。另外,免费医学生的学习投入整体情况也不太乐观,这可能与免费医学生在入校时就已与就业单位签署好就业协议有关,由于没有就业的压力,再加上不允许考研,所以学习投入水平较低;最后,免费医学生的核心自我评价总体水平也不高,这可能与这一群体的特殊身份有关,因为享受“两免一补”的特殊福利,免费医学生在校总感觉低人一等,因此,核心自我评价水平总体不高。

不同性别的免费医学生学习倦怠水平差异显著。男生的学习倦怠总分显著高于女生,这种差异的存在可能是由于传统思想影响和个人成就动机不同造成的。学习倦怠的年级差异不具有显著统计学意义,这可能与免费医学生这一特殊群体所应履行的“在学期间不允许考研,毕业后要在基层服务6年”的特殊义务有关。

免费医学生的核心自我评价与学习倦怠呈显著负相关,说明核心自我评价水平越高,学习倦怠程度越低,这与马利军、鲁丹凤等人的研究结果一致[6,12]。核心自我评价高的学生一般表现出内控的人格特质,具有清晰的自我概念,认为事情最终是自己可以控制的,常常对自己持有正面评价,情绪相对稳定。即使自己以后要到基层任全科医生,职业去向已被决定,自己也依然能够决定、安排自己的成长道路。在学习上也充满自尊、自信,相信自己的学习能力和学习水平,相信自己能妥善安排自己的学习活动,学习遇到困难时,能理性的看待问题,乐于挑战具有一定难度的学习任务,及时调整状态,努力找到解决困难的方法,因此能有效的缓解学习倦怠的程度。

核心自我评价与学习投入呈显著正相关,说明学生在解决学习问题的过程中,积极主动,乐于挑战难题,也意味着增加了在学习上的投入。学生积极地投入有助于学习的进步,体验到更多的成就感,感觉实现了自我价值,从而形成积极的反馈,进一步加强对学习的投入,对学习的兴趣也会更加浓厚,因此不容易产生学习倦怠,即学习投入与学习倦怠呈负相关。低学习投入水平者所获得的学习效果较差,学业成就低,个体从学习过程中体验到的成就感低,情绪沮丧,对学习及周围事物的兴趣下降,从而引发较高的学习倦怠。

学习投入作为中介变量存在于核心自我评价与学习倦怠的关系中。个体的核心自我评价既可以直接影响其学习倦怠,又可通过影响学习投入,间接影响学习倦怠。核心自我评价是比基础性的人格特质更高级的一种潜在的人格特质,对人的生活风格和生活态度起决定性作用。免费医学生的核心自我评价特质也会决定他们的学习风格和态度,这深刻影响着他们的学习投入水平。核心自我评价高的学生,学习投入水平也高,从而使学习质量和效果得到保证,最终降低学习倦怠水平。这提示为了帮助免费医学生更好的克服学习倦怠,实现培养高素质全科医疗人才的目的,可帮助他们提升核心自我评价水平,进行学习投入的干预训练,从而引导他们端正学习态度,积极主动地投入到学习中,掌握牢固的基础知识,以便将来能胜任全科医生这个岗位,更好的为基层医疗卫生事业服务。

2 系统整体设计和流程

系统中,所有评价模块的基本流程类似:模块首先检测用户是否已进行过此项评价及评价信息是否已最后生效,已进行且生效,则呈现系统提示信息并返回;已进行但评价信息尚未生效,则读取并呈现评价纪录,修改后存入数据库;未进行则读取并呈现指标评价体系,用户进行评价后存入数据库。系统工作流程如图1所示。

在浏览评价信息方面，每位教师可以浏览学生对自身的评价信息并提出建议或鼓励;学生则只能浏览自己的评价信息。另外教师还可以根据需要添加新问题让学生回答，为进一步的教学活动开展提供有价值的指导信息。由于自主学习是需要一定条件的，为此要先帮助学生转变传统的学习观念。树立自主学习、探究学习、合作学习、创新学习的意识，指导学生掌握一定的元认知学习策略并鼓励学生改进学习策略，根据自己的学习特点和要求建立个性化的学习策略和方法。在教学中，采用任务型教学模式，加强对学生在学习过程中语言应用能力发展情况的检测，实现对教学全过程的整体监控和评估。同时融入课堂观察、学生档案、座谈、采访、周记及问卷调查等多种评估手段，以评估表或评价量表的形式表现出来，培养学习兴趣激发学生的创造性和学习动力。教师应经常查阅学生的自我评估档案，及时地反馈自己的看法和建议，特别是对取得进步的学生给予及时的表扬和鼓励，使之成为师生之间的纽带。教师不断总结经验完善评估体系并根据收集到的信息进行教学调整，调整讲授的内容及讲授方法。

3 系统功能模块

系统包含：成绩管理、综合素质评价和教师管理三部分。采用科学的方法，加强对学生在学习过程中能力发展情况的检测，对学生进行自身的纵向比较及各项语言应用能力之间的横向比较，实现了对学生学习过程中语言应用能力发展情况的检测。系统具有以下几方面的功能，系统功能如图2所示。

(1)个人成绩跟踪分析：对学生历次成绩进行跟踪分析，对学生个体发展情况进行比较和分析，生成曲线图供师生分析学生进步或退步的情况。

(2)个人得分率分析：以柱形图反映学生各试题的得分情况。

(3)成绩查询：提供学生个人成绩查询。

(4)教学目标达成度分析：使用双向细目表，对学生的知识点及认知水平，以及教学内容目标达成度进行跟踪分析，了解学生学习过程中的薄弱环节。为学生有针对性地强化训练和教师日常教学提供参照依据。

(5)基础性发展评价：从道德品质、公民素养、学习能力、交流与合作、运动与健康、审美与表现六个维度，通过自评帮助学生全面了解自己。
