梅花糕是苏州的名小吃，我非常喜欢它。

梅花糕历史悠久。你知道吗？关于它的得名，历史上还有一段小小的故事呢！

相传，乾隆皇帝下江南，行至苏州时，在集市上看到此糕点，见它色泽诱人、形似梅花，一时兴起，便赐名“梅花糕”。

我觉得可以把梅花糕当成一件精美的艺术品来欣赏：精白的面粉上五彩缤纷，一条条红绿瓜丝点缀其间，妙不可言；上面一个个球形“花朵”其实就是小元宵、红枣和白果。烤熟了的梅花糕呈金黄色，看起来松脆可口。面对这么一朵美丽的“梅花”，谁不会食欲大振呢？
