寒假里雏鹰假日小队组织了活动，地点是上海科技馆。整整参观了，令我印象非常。

一大早，我就，前往集合点。上午9点，准时到达上海科技馆。上海科技馆是上海市投资兴建的重大公益性社会文化项目，面积 9.8万平方米，是一座由12个主题展区，4大科技影院，6大媒体剧场，2个艺术浮雕长廊和1个蜘蛛展馆构筑的现代化科技乐园。

参观了智慧之光、儿童科技园、机器人世界、视听乐园等展馆。最令我印象电磁炮。炮不需火箭，真是太神奇了!玩法是：把小银球放进洞里，瞄准墙上的红色区域，按动按扭就可以发射了，按动按扭的力道跟炮弹的力量联。我和小队的同学说：“一人三发，看谁射的准，射中的次数最多，样?”“好啊。”大家异口同声地说。我头两发都里差一点。最后一发了，心“扑通扑通”地跳着，我瞄准，用力按下按扭，“砰”，炮弹发射了出去。“耶!”我欢呼着，我打中了!旁边的管理员姐姐也鼓起掌来。我还最强的，同学更牛，他竟然连中三发!过得真快，太阳已西斜，就依依不舍地回家了。

上海科技馆以“人，科技”为主题，以寓教于乐的，让在赏心悦目的互动体验中，现代科学、技术和艺术的熏陶。上海科技馆!

过年了，每个人家里都有许多好吃的，所以我们的肚子都很饱，妈妈对我说：“儿子，我们出去转一圈吧。”我爽快地答应了，爸爸妈妈走在前面，我走在后面，我摸了摸兜里，有几颗糖，我就拿出一颗糖，把包装纸一剥，就随意地扔在了地上，津津有味地吃了起来，哇!好甜呀!吃的正香，突然，有一个声音传过来：“大哥哥，大哥哥，你掉东西了。”我回头一看，原来是个幼儿园的小弟弟，他的手上拿着包装纸，咦，这不是我刚扔的么。小弟弟接着说：“大哥哥，老师教过我要做一个好公民，垃圾要扔到垃圾箱里，难道你的老师没教你吗?”我的脸“唰”的一下就红了。是呀，连一个小弟弟都知道，我为什么做不到呢?想着想着，我拿起小弟弟手里的包装纸，以最快的速度跑到垃圾桶旁边，把包装纸扔进垃圾桶，回头一看，小弟弟已经走了。

这件事虽然过去很多天，但依然使我难忘。

孩子们入园后玩玩具，家长给老师交书费，交老师布置的手工作品。几个家长在教室门口逗留，几个被娇惯的孩子上前玩闹，跟家长依依不舍，最后还出现了哭闹，老师将哭闹的孩子领回教室安抚鼓励。

吃饭时，肢体动作不协调的东东又把牛奶洒了一地。东东这个孩子只来半天，中午就会被家长接走。孩子的动作明显不协调，吃饭会撒饭，米饭洒一地，牛奶倒身上，面条满桌子，总是把整只手伸进嘴巴里，手上和前臂都是口水。这个孩子估计不仅仅是家长教育方式的问题，比较特殊，需要老师特别注意。

今天周五，老师让我来点名。我按座位报出每个孩子的名字和平常老师常叫的小名，除了一个男孩今天突然换了一身衣服我没有想起来，其它的孩子都已经认识了。老师让我说说需要注意的孩子，我简要说出几个孩子的特点，老师表示满意。

老师为孩子们讲解区角规则。

图书角：图书角标志，用后按标志归还。

8-12人，8个，9个，10个，11个，12个，不可以超过12个人。

图书管理员。座位、取书、阅读安静、监督。请图书管理员重复。

英语课。

孩子们搬动椅子的时候有的会推着椅子跑，有的拖着椅子打闹，没有使用正确的双手抬起凳子的姿势，我就大声说：“让我看看哪一个小朋友还不会搬凳子。”这个时候老师上前更正，跟我说平常要说积极的话，比如要说“让我看看哪一个小朋友搬凳子搬得好。”其实，幼儿教师都应该倡导使用积极的语言，我平常也会在小朋友们趴下休息或者饭前整顿继续的时候使用积极语言，要孩子们寻找榜样学习，老师的话很有道理。只不过在搬凳子这种情况下，我认为全班三十几个孩子同时带着凳子行动，很容易发生不安全事故，用积极的话语引导可能只对部分听话乖巧的孩子起到效果，但是这个时候更需要注意的是一些调皮捣蛋或者没有纪律性的孩子，因此积极的语言所起到的引导作用不能很好的避免不安全因素的存在，必要的时候需要有警示作用才行。

午饭前孩子们坐在座位上，我带领大家玩木头人游戏。给孩子们解释游戏规则，游戏开始之后每个人保持一个动作不动，哪一个小朋友坚持的时间最长就能获胜。解释游戏规则的时候举了很多例子比如头不可以转，嘴巴不能张开发出声音等等便于孩子们更好的理解规则。游戏过程中我一直转来转去，表扬没有动的孩子，鼓励大家坚持下去。有几个孩子一直坚持的很好，其中一个孩子坚持了比较久之后动了一下，我便走过去把他的手放成抱臂休息的姿势告诉他已经输了，最后有三个孩子坚持了很久，我宣布这三个孩子获胜的时候，之前那个坚持的比较就的孩子比较娇气，竟然哭了，大喊着要奶奶，想奶奶了。我跟他解释游戏输掉的原因，他哭着说不是因为玩游戏，是因为想奶奶。我很无奈的安抚他，等他稍微平静一点之后悄悄跟他透露玩木头人游戏的窍门，他才终于停止了哭闹，跟着小朋友们一起上厕所洗手。

主班高老师在我离开幼儿园之前布置了任务，我下周开始写教案备课，第三周正式上课，同时第三周要开始带操。

中午离开后，我第一周的实习就正式结束了。

第一周简单总结：

每日流程：早上：擦桌子-迎接幼儿入园-引导幼儿叠衣服-监管指导晨间活动（玩玩具）-洗手-吃早饭-擦桌子-扫地-第一节课-如厕-第二节课-如厕-喝水-早操-如厕-简单组织活动（讲故事、小游戏等等）-手指操-午饭-放床和被褥-擦桌子-架凳子-扫地拖地-离开。下午：提午点-给幼儿指导穿衣穿鞋-卷被褥-收床-如厕-喝水-午点-做操-如厕-上课-如厕-洗手-晚饭-擦桌子-扫地-给幼儿提裤子-分发外套-简单组织活动等待家长来接-离开。

总体状态：因为每天要做的工作包含了主板老师、配班老师、保育老师的工作内容，且一直无间断，导致体质下降，身体一直不适，困难时嗓子难以发声。

优：准确识记幼儿的姓名，大体了解幼儿的性格特征，能简单组织游戏、背诵等活动，组织管理时能够得到幼儿的认同，并逐步锻炼幼儿的动手能力。
