One of the requirements in my advanced class is to prepare lectures and guidance for the beginners. Therefore, I could always depend on her to set the best example as an instructor. Because of her natural leadership abilities, Kaya was selected as our Debate Captain. On account of her mature approach to her responsibilities, I often thought of Kaya as a colleague.

东城区政府统计部门围绕全市“诚信统计”建设主题，为加强全区调查单位统计基础建设，提升统计工作水平，增强统计服务意识，2012年，组织开展了“走百家企业，树十佳典型”主题活动，以百家调研为切入点，推进基层企业诚信建设，在深入企业调研、政府统计部门推荐与企业自荐相结合、综合评估的基础上，评选出了具有推广意义的10家企业作为全区统计工作“十佳单位”。
这次主题活动历时半年时间，27个调研小组共完成了对135家企业的调研，摸清了企业基层基础建设的现状。东城局队还确定了《企业基层基础建设的现状分析及提高途径研究》的课题项目，并申请通过了2012年全市统计系统的重点课题项目。目前，课题研究已通过全市的结项验收，取得良好的评价。
2013年，新一届统计工作“十佳单位”评选活动已正式启动。相比上年，今年的评选标准进一步提高，设置的评选标准共计五大项十七个小项，“十佳单位”认定有效期仍为两年，期满后，企业应向东城局队提出有效期限延续申请，重新认定后符合评选标准的企业予以延期。
申报方式：各相关科（所）依据本部门所掌握的统计工作情况推荐自愿参加统计工作“十佳单位”评选的单位候选名单，并由推荐单位提供申报材料。自行申报单位向局队法规科递交书面申请书和申报材料。
评选时间：2013年3月开始至12月结束，分为五个阶段。（1）3～5月总结上年统计工作“十佳单位”先进经验并进行广泛宣传；（2）6～7月为企业报名阶段；（3）8～9月为初评阶段，筛选出符合评选条件的企业进入正式评选；（4）10～11月完成评选及公示；（5）12月完成对统计工作“十佳单位”的表彰。
评选表彰：授予统计工作“十佳单位”称号，免除其两年统计执法检查，并在区统计信息网公布。

海淀区“统计诚信单位”评选简介
2013年，为深入营造依法统计、诚信统计的良好社会氛围，提高统计数据质量，提升政府统计部门的服务能力和水平，海淀区统计局、调查队根据市局总队《关于开展统计调查单位诚信建设工作的指导意见》的要求，在认真总结以往开展统计诚信建设工作经验的基础上，决定开展“统计诚信单位”评选活动。
