几年大学时光一晃而过,部分农村籍大学生面对和用人单位之间的双向选择,在他们拥有了更多求职自主权的同时,因不适应这种多元化的求职趋势而表现出无所适从,产生如下几种常见的不良求职择业心理。

第一,功利心理。十年寒窗,农村籍大学生终于跳出“农”门,很容易滋生“早日脱农”的急功近利心理。甚至部分农村籍大学生受困于经济压力,不敢待业,需要尽快工作赚钱,这样会导致他们从择业的利害关系出发,仅热衷于对自我利益的追求,对自身准确定位及就业环境的客观分析相对缺乏。因此在求职择业过程中,会产生过分看重经济、地位等心理,急于追功逐利。如在就业地区的选择方面:一心只想进一线城市、去北上广及沿海发达地区;在就业单位选择方面:热衷到挣钱多、待遇好的国企、机关事业等单位。有了这种求职择业的功利化心理,会导致农村籍大学生产生择业居高不下的期望值。

2 农村籍大学生求职择业不良心理主要成因

2.1 不能适应新的形势

当前,双向选择是大学生就业的主要方式。在这种新形势下,尤其目前我国大学生大多为90后独生子女,农村籍大学生也不列外。在校期长,基本上没有什么社会生活经验,多数父母的包办抚养,导致他们依赖心理强。当大学毕业需要靠自己身体力行亲自去解决就业问题时,面对严峻复杂的形势,显得迷惑不定、底气不足、缺乏信心、手足无措,不能有效的进行自我心理调适。

2.2 受传统就业观念影响
