电缆敷设

交底内容

1、敷设前要检查所要敷设的电缆型号规格与设计是否相符,外观是否有扭绞,压扁,保护层断裂等缺陷。

2、敷设时在终端头及接头附近要有余留长度,电缆应在全长上留少量裕度,并作波浪形敷设。

3、电缆的弯曲半径不应少于电缆外径的10倍,铠装电缆弯曲半径不应少于电缆外径的20倍。

4、电缆终端头与接头制作时,应严格遵守工艺规程,应在气候良好的条件下进行,并要有防尘和外来污物的措施。电缆终端头与接头从开始剥切到制作完毕,必须连续进行一次完成以免受潮。剥切电缆时不得伤及芯线和绝缘,包缠绝缘时应注意清洁,防止污秽与潮气侵入绝缘层。

5、电缆敷设时不得损坏电缆保护层。

6、电缆穿管前应清除管内杂物和积水,并且管内不得有接头。

7、电缆接线时确定统一颜色,三相做到一致,零线和地线分开。

1、安装前首先要检查数码管有无破损、脱胶、漏水等缺陷。

2、安装前必须对每一支数码管进行试电,看其是否工作正常。

3、管箍固定时,必须固定牢靠,每支灯管固定两个管箍,选用相对应的钻头、胀管、螺丝。

4、玻璃胶固定时,先用海绵双面胶贴在数码管背面,对准位置,临时粘贴于墙面,然后再在数码管周围与墙面缝隙处填满玻璃胶。

5、数码管电源插头、信号插头都必须插到位、并紧固好插头螺丝。

6、安装是注意灯管工作电压,防止将220V电压直接接到灯管电源处。

在同国外著名农机企业老板的谈话交流中、在国外名牌农机企业的产品宣传广告中, 笔者常常听到、看到这样一句话:“该公司提供机械化生产的全套实施方案”。刚刚从事农机化工作时, 对这句话不以为然。这个“全套方案”是什么?为什么要提供“全套方案”?在农机化工作的实践中逐步感受到了这句话的深刻内涵, 这个全套方案实际上就是农业机械化技术与农业生产工艺技术的紧密结合, 提供全套的方案是农机企业服务的宗旨和全部内容。国外农机企业对农机农艺的结合如此重视对我们有着重要的启示。

农机化与农艺技术从本质上看, 应该是共生一体的, 是现代农业发展中不可或缺的、不能分离的两个方面。记得笔者刚刚从事农机化工作时, 同中国工程院院士、我国著名的小麦栽培专家余松烈老先生交谈, 他说当年他研究发明了小麦精播增产新技术, 但是却遇到了大面积试验推广的难题。单靠原始的小麦播种技术不要说实施精播, 就是完成上百亩、上千亩的小麦播种面积都不可想象。结果是小麦精播机械的研制成功和推广应用实现了老先生的愿望。笔者还记得小麦免耕播种机械在山东刚刚试验推广的时候, 由于在秸秆粉碎还田的地块上播种, 受部分秸秆的影响, 不能满足小麦播种后需要压实的农艺要求, 往往造成小麦出苗率低, 缺苗断垄, 这引起了社会上一些人对小麦免耕播种机械及技术的质疑。免耕播种的机械化新技术可行不可行、能不能推广使用, 小麦免耕播种机械的使用面临着农艺技术的考验。后来根据农艺技术的需要, 在播种机械的后面增加或加重了镇压轮, 取得了理想的效果, 实现了小麦免耕播种机械化新技术在山东的大面积推广。再一件让笔者印象和感受特别深刻的事是山东在同美国约翰迪尔公司合作在山东建立棉花机械化收获实验示范基地的过程中, 他们坚持提出并实施棉花生产机械化的全套实施方案, 既棉花的良种、种植、管理、化控、收获、收购、清理加工等一套完整的棉花生产工艺措施, 来保证棉花收获机械化的实现。实践证明, 这些生产工艺措施任何一个环节都是不能缺少的, 如果忽视哪一个环节或者哪一个环节出了问题, 都可能影响机械收获棉花的效果, 影响农民使用机械收获棉花的积极性, 可能延缓棉花收获机械化的推广, 甚至导致机械收获棉花的实验夭折。总结山东的实践, 之所以在棉花收获机械化实验示范上一举成功, 最重要的就是坚持实施棉花机械化生产的全套方案, 也就是农机化和农艺技术的紧密结合。

现代农业发展的基本规律告诉我们, 农机与农艺结合是农业发展的基本要求。发展现代农业必须农机农艺同时实施, 不能搞单打一, 否则就要走弯路, 延长现代农业发展探索、实验的时间。因此, 作为一名从事农业的工作者, 无论是农业工作人员还是农机工作人员, 无论是农机管理推广人员还是农机生产人员, 都应当了解和掌握农机和农艺技术的基本要求。注重农机与农艺的结合, 是全体农业工作者的共同职责。我们不能由于部门设置、分工重点的不同, 造成农机与农艺的分割甚至脱离。我们应当在日常的工作中, 时刻绷着农机农艺两根线, 自觉地把农机农艺一起抓, 使农机与农艺自始至终地融合在一起, 加快我国现代农业的发展步伐。

ABS塑料广泛应用于机械、汽车、电器、通讯设备、化工、建筑等领域[1,2,3]。ABS塑料表面电镀金属及合金层,能集塑料优点和金属及合金优点于一体,可进一步拓宽其应用范围[4,5]。而使塑料表面金属化、能导电是电镀前关键的一步,其处理质量的优劣将直接影响后续电镀的效果。本工作着重研究了ABS塑料电镀前处理工艺,特别是化学镀铜表面金属化的工艺规范。

1 镀前处理工艺

1.1 ABS塑料加工

ABS塑料规格为20 mm×10 mm×3 mm,考虑到边角电镀时易因电流集中而出现烧焦现象,且该位置内应力较大,对镀层结合力影响不好,故将直角边和锐边改为圆弧过渡;随后对其钻孔,并用300,600,1 000,1 500号砂纸逐级打磨后备用。

1.2 工艺流程及相关参数

ABS塑料去应力→冷水清洗→除油→热水清洗→冷水清洗→酸洗→冷水清洗→粗化→冷水充分清洗→中和→冷水清洗→一次还原→冷水清洗→浸酸→冷水清洗→敏化→冷水清洗→去离子水清洗→活化→冷水清洗→二次还原→冷水清洗→化学镀铜→冷水清洗→上挂具→弱浸蚀→加厚电镀铜。

(1)去应力:

在体积分数为25%的丙酮液中浸泡 30 min左右。

(2)除油条件:

20~30 g/L 氢氧化钠,30~40 g/L 碳酸钠,20~30 g/L 磷酸钠,2~3 g/L OP - 10,50~60 ℃,10~20 min。

(3)粗化条件:

400~450 g/L 铬酐,200~300 g/L 硫酸,40~50 ℃,30~40 min。

粗化效果较佳时,基材表面无光亮、湿润且不呈白色霜状;之后,以流动水充分冲洗至表面洁净。

(4)中和条件:

40~60 g/L 氢氧化钠,室温,0.5 min。

(5)一次还原条件:

10 mL/L 水合肼,15 mL/L 盐酸,室温,3 min。

(6)浸酸条件:

100~200 mL/L 盐酸,室温 ,2 min。

(7)敏化条件:

20 g/L 氯化亚锡,40~50 mL/L 盐酸,室温,5 min。

配制时将氯化亚锡溶于盐酸中,并在溶液中放入若干锡粒。

(8)活化条件:

4~5 g/L 硝酸银,6~8 mL/L 氨水(体积分数25%),室温,5 min。

配制过程:将硝酸银溶于去离子水中,搅拌下缓慢加入氨水 ,当溶液从褐色混浊状变为透明时停止添加氨水即可。

(9)二次还原条件:

80~100 mL/L 甲醛(37%,体积分数),室温,20~30 s。

二次还原的目的是提高塑料表面催化活性,同时去除表面残留的活化液。

(10)化学镀铜:

参照文献[6,7,8]对化学镀铜工艺进行优化(见表1)。化学镀铜液配制:将硫酸铜溶解于50~60 ℃蒸馏水中,冷却至室温加入定量的甲醛得到甲溶液;用蒸馏水溶解氢氧化钠、氯化铵、酒石酸钾钠,冷却至室温得到乙溶液;将甲溶液加入到乙溶液中,加水至工作体积,搅拌均匀。

注:镀覆时使用磁力搅拌器搅拌。

(11)弱浸蚀条件:

100 g/L 硫酸,室温,10 s。

(12)加厚电镀铜条件:

200~250 g/L 硫酸铜,60~80 g/L 硫酸,室温,电流密度2.0~2.5 A/dm2 ,时间20~30 min。

因为铜与ABS塑料的膨胀系数比较接近,加厚铜镀层可以降低温度变化对基体与镀层结合力的影响。

2 化学镀铜工艺优化及稳定措施

2.1 优化

对塑料等非金属镀件在化学镀前进行化学活化处理,使其表面产生催化金属微粒,并具有催化活性,从而可使溶液中的金属铜离子还原并沉积。镀层表面无起泡、麻点、粗糙、开裂、漏镀、污物、变色等疵病光滑、有光泽为合格。表1中4种工艺优化试验效果如下:C1只有少许几处出现薄薄的铜镀层;C2所得镀层表面接近连续,但很薄,说明镀速很慢;C3镀层表面质量完好:镀层表面平整、细致、有光泽;镀层断面均匀连续,厚度为2~3 μm,符合GB/T 12600-1990要求;C4工艺镀层表面粗糙,发黑无光泽。据此,确定C3为优化工艺。

2.2 稳定措施

(1)镀液的pH值和配位剂适量

镀液的稳定性与其pH值和配位剂的含量有关。甲醛在碱性条件下才具有强的还原能力,但过高的pH值又会导致镀液迅速分解,故在化学镀铜时通常将pH值调整到11~12;在溶液使用后的存放期,pH值应降至9~10(用20%稀硫酸调整),使还原反应完全停止,以保证溶液的稳定性。

(2)沉积速度适中

镀层沉积速度和溶液的稳定性是化学镀铜操作中的矛盾因素。为使镀液稳定,镀速不能太高,要在生产可以接受的范围内适当控制镀速,以保证镀液的稳定性。

(3)稳定剂添加适量

加入稳定剂是提高镀液稳定性的重要措施之一,尤其是当控制溶液成分、pH值和操作条件有困难或仍不能解决问题时,添加稳定剂就是一个主要的补充措施。如加入适量的甲醇能抑制甲醛的自身分解及Cu+的产生,鉴于甲醇毒性较强,本工作借鉴了文献[8]的方法用KI代替,用量为15~35 mg/L。使用稳定剂时要注意掌握正确的加入量,因为稳定剂会影响沉积速度,加入量过大会使沉积铜速度显著变慢,甚至终止反应并影响镀层质量;加入量太少,又不能解决稳定性问题。夏天温度高时稳定剂加入量宜取上限,冬天温度低时宜取下限。

3 结 语

(1)ABS塑料最佳化学镀铜工艺参数:16 g/L 硫酸铜,25 mL/L 37%甲醛,20 g/L 酒石酸钾钠,5 g/L 氢氧化钠,2 g/L 氯化铵;磁力搅拌,恒温50 ℃,pH值为12,沉积时间30 min。

(2)本工艺具有操作简便、镀铜速度快、镀层厚度适中等优点,所得镀层均匀、光亮,厚度为2~3 μm,符合GB/T 12600-1990要求;在此之后,电镀Ni,Ni - W,Ni - P,Ni - P - SiC等多种金属及合金都能制备出合格的金属与合金镀层。
