一、300米× (2+1) 练习法
(一) 练习方法介绍
学生的天性是好动, 喜欢运动但不太喜欢单调、枯燥与乏味的重复跑。在以往的体育教学中发现, 学生在开始跑的时候组织纪律与精神状态都很好, 但是后面的练习往往会有所松懈。笔者尝试让学生在跑第三圈的时候进行加速、冲刺, 这样给有能力、有拼劲的学生提供一个展示的平台。既可以发挥学生的个性, 又能激发学生练习的兴趣, 更能调节课堂的教学氛围。事实证明, 学生在第三圈跑动时热情高涨、冲劲十足, 每一课都能出现你追我赶的场面, 令人感动。
(二) 练习注意事项
1. 除了测验课之外, 在每次体育实践课上都要坚持采用。
2. 告知学生在第三圈时要根据自己的身体状况进行冲刺, 如果身体不适就不需要冲刺跑。
3. 教师在终点对先到达的学生及时给予表扬与肯定。
二、跳绳1分钟× (2+1) 练习法
(一) 练习方法介绍
跳绳项目是《国家学生体质健康标准》的测试内容之一, 它对发展学生的弹跳能力、协调能力以及学生的耐力素质都有很大的帮助。从目标分层导学与因材施教的角度出发, 笔者考虑让学生先进行两个1分钟的集体跳绳练习, 第三个1分钟的练习对象是没有达到优秀的学生。这样做使得优秀的学生有一种成就感, 同时也给其他学生制造一种压力, 迫使他们产生积极练习的动力。
(二) 练习注意事项
1. 每周使用2~3次, 在热身活动或在学生身体素质练习时间内进行。
2. 初一年级的学生身体素质比较弱, 最好放在课堂的素质练习时间内进行, 初二、初三的学生可以放在课堂的热身运动之后进行, 与“300米× (2+1) ”练习相结合起来运用, 这样对发展学生的耐力跑素质, 提高学生耐力跑成绩的效果会更好。
3. 在使用此方法时先对学生的跳绳进行测验, 并告知学生以后每两周测验一次, 达到优秀的学生可以不进行“+1”的练习。这样做更能调动学生练习的积极性, 促使学生努力练习, 早日达到优秀级。
4. 每次跳绳练习的间隙为1分钟, 并要求学生第一次“求稳、少失误”, 第二次“求快、保质量”, 第三次“中速, 求质量”。
