5、您应遵守公司各规章制度和劳动纪律，服从公司经营管理方面的指挥和管理，爱护公司财产，保守公司的商业秘密和其他公司要求保密的事项。您离职后仍然负有保守公司秘密的义务。

6、您提出解除本合同时，必须保证在公司的工作处理完毕，或在您给公司造成经济损失处理完毕后方可终止合同，否则本合同自动顺延至公司认可的上述工作或损失处理完毕之日。
